This place is super dirty and sketchy. Every time I went in there(I have stopped going) there are clear and blatant food sanitation violations. No gloves, no hair nets, dirty grease traps and countertops. One of the chefs has a super long fingernail. Like a half inch long at least!!! With no gloves. Ew. The first time I went the girl put my food in the bag and wiped her nose with bare hands. Then sneezed. Looked like she had the flu. I survived luckily. I have eaten there 8 – 10 times before I decided I wouldn’t continue to support such a gross place. Freakin dirty.

Hands down the best Chinese food in the area. The steamed dumplings are awesome. Their chicken is really tasty. Not mystery part chicken like most places. Willing to drive 20+ minutes for take out. And it travels pretty darn well, too. If I had three thumbs, they would all be up for this place.

Ordered online and it showed that it’d be delivered within an hour. An hour and a half later I call to see where the order is, and I’m told she’s within two minutes away. 30 minutes later and still not here. Don’t waste your time on this place, not worth the headache. Plenty of other restaurants that are just as good if not better, and get the food to you in minutes, not hours.

Worst food I’ve ever eaten! Chewy chicken loaded with pieces of bone and no flavor. Absolutely disgusting

After shopping in the area, I was getting hungry and decided to stop in at Ming’s Wok of Colonie in the Kohl’s Plaza for lunch takeout. This is a typical strip plaza Chinese takeout restaurant, which has an open kitchen behind the counter and self serve table seating. The menu offers the standard Chinese dishes including Cantonese, Szechuan, & Hunan cuisines. Most dishes under $ 11. They offer 60 Daily Lunch Specials($ 5.25-$ 6.50) served with pork fried rice or steamed rice and 29 Special Combination Dishes($ 7.15-$ 7.50) served with pork fried rice or steamed rice & egg roll. For lunch takeout, I ordered the L51 Scallop with Black Pepper Sauce(charged $ 5.50 plus tax($ 5.95)/listed at $ 5.25 on the menu??) with pork fried rice. While I was waiting inside the cold restaurant for my order, the little girl of the owners was watching Chinese cartoons on a portable computer screen. The food I had was hot and fresh which had plenty of fresh vegetables(broccoli, snow peas, green peppers, carrots, onions, water chestnuts, & fungi with a good spicy flavor, but where were the scallops in this dish??? I did find a few pieces of thin pieces sliced from a couple scallops. ;-o The fried rice(light yellow color) was soft and fluffy which had onions, sprouts and small pieces of roast pork. I did notice a small note under the credit card placard indicating that there will be a $ 0.25 surcharge on orders under $ 8. I still wonder if they quietly added a $ 0.25 surcharge to my lunch even though I paid cash.

We only ordered dumplings from here, but they were very good and gave us 8 of them.
