The crust was doughy and tasteless. I won’t be ordering it again. But I guess for $ 5.99 with the coupon it was a meal.

Excellent store. Well run with good management and whenever I order pizza it’s always ready when I get there. The staff is always friendly and helpful here. Located on wolf road and easy to get to.

Once in a blue moon, our friend gatherings revolve around ordering pizza pies to share and staying in watching good ol’ DVD movies. This time we decided to order from Pizza Hut as it was the closest option we had and cheapest with use of their online deal. We ordered several pizzas including sausage, pepperoni and balsamic drizzle, bacon with white sauce and garlic parm crust, and a cheesy bites super supreme. The hut has definitely stepped up its game from years ago from what I remember it to be. The online ordering feature is also very easy to use and convenient. We had no problems placing our order for pick up at a later time in the day and could choose from cash, credit, gift card forms of payment. The pizzas that are created at the hut have much more to it as you are now able to choose from multiple kinds of crusts, sauces, meats/veggies, drizzles, and crust flavors. So for the easily bored it can be an attractive option. We favorited the cheesy bites super supreme and the bacon white sauce garlic parm pizza. The cheesy bites were full of gooey cheese and very filling. The bacon on white sauce was flavorful and the garlic parm crust definitely brought it the next level. The only thing we regretted was that we didn’t choose any of our pies to be thin crust. The pan/hand tossed crusts we had were very doughy and kind of felt like a sponge. In conclusion, the hut offers a palatable choice and still an old time favorite for my friends and I as we catch up with one another on our stay-in movie nights. The only disappointment is the service(or lack thereof) as they seem high stress and even a little grumpy. The lighting is also very dim, seating cramped, + tables old.

The teenage mutant ninja turtles would love this place. Surprisingly good pizza for a chain. Pizza Hut has a big variety of sauces and glazes for crust and ways to stuff it which I love. My personal favorite is bacon and cheese stuffed crust with a sriracha glaze. Their wings are also some of my favorite in regards to chain wings. Finally, they also do a good job with dessert. My personal favorite is their chocolate Dunkers which are bread sticks with crumbled chocolate in top and a side of chocolate sauce to dunk them in. Delicious! Pizza Hut, a great meal at a reasonable price.

New Yorkers are famous for their opinions about who has the best pizza, so I won’t even begin to laud or lambast the Hut for its menu options. At some point in your life, you’ve eaten Pizza Hut and already know if you love it, loathe it, or fall somewhere in between. What I can say about this particular location is that I’ve never had bad service. I’m a fan of the online ordering option, because I can order before I leave work and it is ready by the time I get there. Sign up online and they’ll email you deals periodically, too. As far as dining in, the establishment could us a good thorough steam cleaning. Yes, they wipe the tables and sweep the floor, but if you look closer, years of operation have deposited a general layer of grime throughout. Dirty window sills, booth upholstery, etc. So it is your call if that is a deal breaker for you. Pet peeve: the interior paint job is sloppy(sorry but I notice it every time). My kid loves Pizza Hut, so I find myself there more often than I’d like. The service is always efficient and usually friendly, so I have no complaints. The buffet option during the week is okay 80% of the time, but sometimes they have timing issues when the place is packed and you wind up staring at an empty buffet for a few minutes. If 3.5 stars were an option, that would be my pick. I went with 4 giving them the benefit of the doubt, because I’ve never had any problems with the service.

Before the haters come down on this review, note the location. Dorothy’s not in Kansas anymore folks… With that out of the way, lets rewind. I was sent up to Albany via Amtrak Thursday afternoon for a work conference on Friday. We took a «taxi» from the station in Albany to our hotel in who knows where in who knows what county. Dining options are limited, and I was more interested in watching The Wire in my hotel room. So, a quick glance around the hotel revealed one prominent location… Pizza Hut. In the parking lot. I went online to their website, and lo and behold, you can order *online*. I did so, and walked over about 15 minutes later to pick up what I thought was going to be my personal pan pizza. Well, it was still technically a «personal pan» pizza, but what happened to this thing? It’s mutated! I couldn’t finish it and stuck the rest in my hotel room fridge to finish later that night! It was decent… as Pizza Hut pizza tends to be. Oh, and $ 5. You can’t really beat that.
