Frequent this deli on a regular basis since it is the only eatery in walking distance from my office. Prices are fair, portions are decent and Tony and Danielle are friendly proprietors. Nothing overly unique about this deli, but it is a good spot to grab a bite to eat. 9 times out of 10 I take my lunch or breakfast to go but they do have a small dining area with 6 – 8 tables. They offer daily specials and have a decent variety of beverages and chips to accompany a nice sandwich or offering from their grill.

Found this little restaurant by accident when visiting my Doctor. It’s located, 264 Washington Avenue Extension office building, down the hall on the left. Extremely clean, friendly staff, excellent food! They have ice cream! Soda, juice. Quick easy in & out, or sit in, whichever you prefer. I really like this little place.

This is actually at 264 Washington Avenue EXTENSION, in the Dunes office complex on the south side, off Columbia Circle.( Unilocal database still lists it as 264 Washington Ave., not close; I’m submitting another address update today in the hope they’ll get it right.) I’m writing this as a public service more than anything, since this is the only place to get a sandwich anywhere *inside* this office complex, and finding it is nearly impossible unless somebody tells you about it. This is INSIDE the building pictured, and there is NO obvious sign on the outside of the building. You just have to know about it by word of mouth, I suppose. I uploaded the stock building exterior shot so you can try to identify it. You go in the lobby entrance and to the back of the building, it’s just in a small office space. It’s not a «deli» — it’s a sandwich place.(To me, a deli sells you meat by the pound and foods they prepare themselves as well as the sandwiches.) There’s a half dozen tables and a lunch counter. You can get coffee and cold breakfast options, and they have a variety of deli sandwiches for lunch. They somewhat remarkably have managed to get a hot grill with an oven hood into this space, so you can order a number of hot sandwiches as well. It’s strictly lunch and breakfast, and there’s nothing remarkable about the food, but they’re totally adequate if you just want a tuna or egg salad sandwich or a roast beef or even a reuben. Decent gourmet chips and drinks. They’re quick and polite and the prices aren’t outrageous.
