I noticed when trying clothes on in the dressing room I looked really good in the mirror and I was complementing myself on how good I looked after I’d lost a few pounds. I suspect there’s something going on with the mirrors in there. I noticed it at the time and was going to ask a sales person but forgot when I checked out. When I got home and tried on the clothes they looked awful. Of course there’s no return policy! Several months ago I bought a beautiful, long black open cardigan. When I got home I was very dismayed to see there was a very long «run» in the stitching that ran down one side. Again no return policy. This makes me very sad because I do like their clothes and have made several purchases here. I’m not sure if I’ll go back.

This store is great! Lots of high-​end selections at very reasonable prices. I’ve been here twice now and both times the customer service has been spot on. I’ll be stopping by every time I’m in Albany.

I am taking away some stars here because EVERY time I go in there is an issue with the amount I am charged. I have been charged full price for half off items, I have been charged ($ 86!) for items that I did not buy (this was cleared up but still a bit disconcerting) and I have had items flat out ring up for more than the amount on the price tag. Once I even made it to the car and thought I should double check just in case and what do you know! The price was wrong.
As a bystander I watched a woman buy an item and afterward she realized it was not the price she thought. She wanted to exchange and the worker told her «Sorry. No exchanges». That poor woman was so bewildered! «But I haven’t left the store» … «I am sorry but the price on the tag is what I charged you and we do not do returns».
There is either a computer issue or a training issue here. Either way, it makes me nervous. I will say this: The owner is always very nice and absolutely great!

Hmm… This is a hard review to write.
The store is beautifully decorated and they have very nice clothing and accessories. The prices are slightly higher than most consignment shops but it is higher end establishment.
My only negative really was that I didn’t feel «welcomed» by the staff. They were busy working on their inventory, and so on. They weren’t rude or anything, just not engaging. I appreciate a higher level of service to make my shopping experience more enjoyable.
They do offer coupons in the Savvy Savor (which I appreciate). I’m sure I’ll be back.
