The staff at this Starbucks have messed up my order almost every time I’ve gone here. I don’t normally like writing bad reviews but I really want them to fix this.
Me and my coworker just went this morning and they missed one of our breakfast sandwiches. The manager was SO rude and just yelled at the girl who took our order. She kept saying «they didn’t order that!!!» «we didn’t charge them for it!» The girl who took our order was embarrassed and asked us for our card to pay for it– even though we definitely ordered it and they just missed it. She even admitted she wasn’t wearing her headset so couldn’t really hear us… awful service.

Same overpriced coffee as usual :)
Staff are very nice and the seating is also nice. A couple leather chairs tucked back in a modern but cozy corner allow for private conversation or a quiet place to study.

I’m not a huge coffee drinker, because it usually upsets my stomach. However, Starbucks coffee is the only one I can drink that doesn’t make me sick. We live in North Albany and love the convenience of the North Albany location as well as the friendly staff who are all very sweet. They’ve never messed up my drink. I will be back!

Friendly fast service as you’d expect at Starbucks. Spacious, yet not as much seating inside as I’ve seen in some smaller Starbucks. They do have outdoor seating too.

Super disappointing the last 3 times i have been in. That’s it I won’t come back. . 2 of the 3 times my coffee was cold by the time I got to the driveway to go out of the parking lot and the last time it was just blah like they forgot to add the Carmel. I give too sad

Great staff, I’m a regular and have rarely had a problem with an order. When there was, staff took care of it immediately. Drinks are always consistent.

Honestly, this place disappoints me every time I go in.
I live north of Albany so it’s a convenient drive through but it needs some work! My coffee is incorrect A LOT. I order the same thing every time but it’s rarely consistent. Even when I ask in advance «Do you have a protein box?» they say yes and charge me, only to tell me they are out. This has happened twice! Once my two year old daughters steamer was very, very hot.
They are always very quick to replace my drink and offer me a freebie on my next trip but I have to go back, wait in line again and I have to complain. I don’t love complaining, people!
Anyway, B for smiling faces, F for consistency and being on the ball. Sorry, ‘bucks. I have definitely experienced better.

Very noisy with machines, chair, trash cans, as there are no sound abs obtain on the ceiling, music load to overcome the poor acoustic design. Staff not friendly. Could care less you came in. Very unlike the awesome bucks in Dallas Oregon
