This place is great. I had a tattoo that I had to cover and it didn’t fully go down my fingers so I needed the tips layered. I was told 5 to 10 sessions but one lightened it enough where I Was satisfied. Mine was just light black work so I doubt everyone will get the same results.

This place is great. Very clean and the tattoo artist are very friendly and amazing at what they do. I recently got a buddha tattoo from an artist named sean, I’m in love with this tattoo. He concentrates very well on detail and shading and won’t let you leave until it’s perfection. A+ to shocker tattoo

Very clean and friendly. I had 2 piercings done a snug and a rook. Their price says 60 $ with earring… I guess I got a 20 $ discount. That’s a plus. I felt very comfortable. Allison is nice a was very nice. This is a A+ establishment in my eyes. Thank you!

Whether you want custom work or a flash tattoo, Shocker is the spot. Ive only had experience with shops in nyc, so when I came in, I couldn’t believe the owner I was sitting there in between cuts, he owns the historical barbershop down the street, Patsy’s. We chatted like we rode big wheels when we were young. I was really curious how they did business. This guy William Yaeger gave me a tour and the full dog and pony show! I was really impressed. The cleanliness is tremendous. These people really care about the process start to finish and do unbelievable work. I will be sending all my friends and family to see these guys for ink.

The owner, William Yager, is about as professional as you can get. He greeted myself and my fiancé, told us about the shop, his own barber shop. He was fantastic! And he made sure my needs were met going above and beyond.
The shop has a retro vibe, which was terrific. It was clean and they even have a receptionist. You don’t have to look for an artist who is not currently tattooing like in so many other shops. As an added bonus, they have books (portfolios) of their artists, right in the lobby, which I think is fantastic.
The two male artists were talking about new colors, new designs, and seemed passionate about their work. I could recommend this shop to anyone without reservation.
Just be careful to park on the street. If you park at Dunkin’ Donuts, the owner was kind enough to tell us they’ll tow immediately saving us a lot of money. 5 stars!

Recommended by our cousins fiancé, we were able to schedule appts for 4 of us traveling from CALI and wanting NY tattoos.
We were able to make the appt from the west coast, send our designs, and got a great deal!
Our artist (sorry don’t remember the name) was amazing! The girls in the front were super nice!
We all love our tattoos! Will def go back next time i go to Albany.

So, I wanted to get a facial dermal piercing, but I was really nervous and hesitant. My good friend recommended Cracker at Shocker Tattoo, and I’m so grateful he did! The entire experience was easy, quick, and fun. Cracker was welcoming and funny, and really helpful. The piercing took 2 minutes, and was relatively painless. My dermal is perfectly placed, and healed nicely. I definitely recommend Cracker if you’re looking for quality piercings!

Shocker Tattoo is amazing. Professional and friendly staff, who know what they are doing. They are true artists. The shop is very nice on the inside, and very clean. Rhiannon has done all of my tattoos, they are beautiful and I get complimented constantly. If you want custom or flash work go to Shocker Tattoo, you won’t regret it.
