Honest, fast & courteous. Very reasonable prices and it was done sooner than he originally stated. I picked up my computer today and it’s like new again. He did a great job. I highly recommend Spaulding Computers.

Spaulding was fantastic! I had a broken hinge on my laptop, and was offered both a less expensive option that might work, and a more expensive option that would probably work. I was encouraged to try out the less expensive option, with the assurance that the more expensive option could be explored if the first didn’t work. It did!
Even better, when I brought my repaired computer home, only to find the screen no longer working, I called in and was told to bring the computer in again. The problem (a loose connection) was fixed in a matter of minutes at no extra charge. And he triple-​checked the hinge to make sure it was holding up. Very pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable and professional!

Absolutely wonderful staff! Extremely helpful! I have yet to do business with them but I spoke with them regarding a new PC I purchased. After dealing with money hungry chain stores it was extremely refreshing to deal with people who care. Also extremely fair prices considering the amount of work that goes into computer repairs. All future computer related business I have will certainly be taken here.

The guy is honest, knowledgeable and friendly. He tells you how it is and charges only what is quoted. If more work is needed, he calls you first. This place is great and it does not gouge your wallet. I would recommend Spaulding for ALL your tech needs. They deserve your business. For all of your Windows 10 problems, he is the guy and he stands behind his work.

Tj is great. I had a broken glass front on my iPhone 5. He fixed it very quickly. When it had manufacture problems. He replaced free of charge. I would recommend this place to anyone.

TJ provided me excellent customer service as well as a superior knowledge of the Apple products. I was going to use a kiosk in the mall to repair my broken IPhone 5 and I’m grateful I didn’t. After learning that some if not all kiosk technicians use OEM parts off of EBay and hearing horror stories working with Spalding Computers was a pleasant surprise.

Another 5-​star review! My computer got into an endless loop cycle of turning itself on and off. The guys at Spaulding found the problem (the wi-​fi port), fixed it quickly and were really reasonable in what they charged me. They were honest, efficient, and helpful. Totally recommended.

Very fast and less than efficient. Apple certified and he says he’ll work with your time restraints. I saw him tell several walk-​ins to call and make an appointment. He really did a number of my metallic frame when he did a screen replacement.
Professional and courteous, but a butcher when it comes to the repairs. He has a little ways to go on customer service. Sorry, TJ.

I was disappointed that they didn’t offer free wifi in the «waiting room», but the wait to fix the power button on my Apple iPhone 4 was much shorter than expected. Friendly and knowledgeable.
They accept payment through Square!

Splauding’s is great. I got a fast and accurate quote on my PC repair. Within days it was fixed and as good as new! He even fixes cracked cell phone screens. I don’t trust anyone else with my computer anymore.
I don’t think anyone knows more about computer’s than T.J. Spaulding.

My computer got a virus on it 2 days before a big presentation I had to give. The next morning i woke up and called and they said to bring it in.
I dropped it off at 10 and had it back by 5 working perfectly with a free installment of new anti-​virus software for less than the price quoted.
With computer repair it’s really hit or miss when it comes to the skill and honesty of the people you meet. T.J. was the guy that worked on my computer and I was really impressed with the fairness of price and quality, not to mention speed.
Would def. recommend to anyone who needs a fix and quick.
