I had a very large group of people staying several days at the Best Western Plus is Albert Lea. We had constant changes and Amy and her staff were always very accommodating. There was always staff at the front desk who were cheery and helpful to our needs. If we had questions about needing stuff around town Amy was very knowledgeable and able to tell us where to go. My hotel room was very clean and looked to have been remodeled recently.

Thanks to Unilocal reviews, I selected this hotel after a long day of traveling. All of the reviews were correct! It was clean, affordable, comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that there wasn’t room service and bell hops! But none of that is necessary for a weary traveler!

Clean. Friendly. Comfortable. Excellent stay. Close parking to entrance. Walking distance from McDonalds and Applebee’s. Right off highway but you don’t hear traffic or trucks. Quiet rooms. Keurig coffee maker. I would stay again.

This motel has the slowest internet speed of any motel/hotel wi-fi I have ever experienced, .40 Mbps down and 4.18 Mbps up. When I used the neighboring AmericInn wi-fi I received 25.6 Mbps down and 4.29 Mbps up. (AmericInn does not password their Wi-Fi)
The rooms are nice sized and clean. The desk staff performed the check inn duties very well.
While I did not use it the exercise room looked well equipped.
Breakfast was typical of mid-level motels.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a best Western but driving west, Albert Lea was our stop for the night. Went on Priceline for a room. Our price was accepted for this location. Very clean, nice room with fridge and microwave. Very nice desk staff. Will have hot breakfast in the am. Restaurants very close and right off I-90.

Wonderful front desk staff. We checked in late and it was great to be greeted warmly. Room was nice size.
