Went into the Michael Kors in Albertville today to help my brother pick out an Xmas gift for his gorlfriend. We were greeted right away and was helped by an associate named Alivia. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Very knowledgable and knew exactly what to find just by a general im description. She knew the prices of everything and was very focused on us and not pushy at all. Very down to earth and made the experience enjoyable. Wish there were more people in retail with her happy and friendly personality. She even wrapped everything up beautifully and never rushed us while we were there. If you’re heading into that store, ask for her! Look forward to shopping there again!
