I come here semi-often because I work within the mall. Staff is always very polite, some even have remembered my usual order and are already grabbing my stuff as soon as I walk in the door. I wish some team members would engage in conversation more, rather than just take my order – working in customer service I enjoy people that make my experience authentic. Of course everything tastes great, sometimes though cookies do taste a bit harder and I wonder if they were left from the previous day; however, a cookie is a cookie– I highly suggest the sea salt and caramel cookies!

Nice brownies. Requested brownies to be warmed up a lil and the lady behind the counter glade did it for us. Tasted better warm.

My tastebuds say YES! My ass says OHGODNOWHYAREYOUDOINGTHISTOME?! When I was here with my friends last weekend, we didn’t have any issues with the staff at all — they were polite and helpful. The only issue I had was with my diet. Mmm, frosted sugar cookies… sweet jesus.

The Mrs. Fields/TCBY store is located in the crappy Albertville outlet mall, which is about a mile from me. It’s the same Mrs. Fields and TCBY stuff you’ll find at any other Mrs. Fields/TCBY, and that is not the problem because hey, who doesn’t like good freshly baked cookies and tasty frozen yogurt? No, the problem is *this* location. The staff – and I use the term«staff» loosely – make even the briefest of run-ins for an evening cookie the most painful of experiences. When you walk in they have that«Oh, great…» attitude, as if you’re disrupting the empty store mojo. They don’t speak to you – never once has anyone in that place ever actually said to me, «May I help you?» Nope. They stand behind the counter with their emo-ish facial expression and wait for you to engage them. One I even deliberately just stood there for an uncomfortable period of time thinking I’d *force* them to speak. No deal. Trust me. If you get annoyed by crappy customer service, an over priced(albeit good) macadamia nut cookie won’t make up for that. You’re better off getting the snap-apart cookies at the grocery store.
