Amazing pizza! The crust and sauce were perfect add that on top of the unique flavors and recipes that were perfect on a cool night. The truck has a wood fire oven and adds to the quality of the final product. Had a chance to chat with the owner, seems like a great guy and put a lot of work into his business. Definitely recommend!

amazing pizza and amazing name! I enjoyed ‘the local’ pizza the other day from the food truck in front of marble brewery. It was a perfect pairing with my beer flight that I was sipping on from the brewery. The guys were awesome and brought the pizza right to our table inside. I work at serious pie in Seattle, a tom Douglas pizza restaurant, that has been named best pizza countless times and these guys are giving them a run for their money out of a food truck in Albuquerque. Keep up the good work!

Adoughbe Pizza is delicious– seriously. Probably the best in town, definitely on par with Farina pizza. Goes great with some brews. Favorite place to catch this truck is at La Cumbre, they are usually there Wednesdays and Fridays. Get some.

Managed a pint and a pizza after work at Marble Downtown on Monday and was very pleased to enjoy my first Adoughbe Pizza from the food truck/trailer parked on the street. I quizzed them about specialties which they struggled to recommend but I settled on pesto with chicken, bacon, tomato that I requested add green chile. Baked in oak wood fired oven the pizza was delicious! Box was provided to take half with me and the pizza held up at room temp 2 and 3 hours later. The menu board on the side of the trailer was not very readable but there were printed menus around. The taker, maker, and baker were all cool folks to visit with and I look forward to my next pizza!

This is by far the best pizza in Albuquerque. Their secret sauce, bomb ingredients — to include fresh mozzarella — are second to none. Their pizza will make your tongue slap your eyeballs off!!! If you can catch them in front of Marble Brewery on a nice sunny day, you’ll be in heaven. The people seem really cool too.
