Bebe Cafe

We found this café in Old Town, ordered a few drinks and sandwich. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Initially the girl was nice but she definitely needs help in there! We waited for 40 min to get 2 vanilla lattes. She didn’t even bring out our glasses of water or cookies which were behind the counter! So we left and barely got a refund. Find somewhere else to go!

Got espressos and lattes, and fresh cookies, at this charming coffee house that is tucked inside a courtyard. Great service, good coffee, picturesque ambiance. Lovely!

I guess they’ve read the past bad reviews and sped things up. My meal only took about 10 minutes and they apologized for the ‘delay’. I am a huge supporter of local restaurants and sought them out today while strolling Old TownPlaza with a friend. My breakfast burritto was made with a fresh crêpe and was delicious. A side salad made for a fresh meal in a cozy little corner of Old Town. They have paninis and other items with a European flair. There were some folks from Italy and they were raving about the place. The baked goods looked yummy

stumbled across this wonderful café in one of the beautiful courtyards of old town plaza. the atmosphere of the café was really great, and the smell coming from the kitchen is to dye for. this is a perfect place to sit down and relax and enjoy the wonderful weather that Albuquerque has to offer. the panini on were to dye for. This will become one of my regular places for lunch.

Stumbled on this wonderful café this morning. Freshly made egg sandwiches with fresh watermelon and tasty salted Carmel apple tart — fabulous breakfast. Ate in the outside courtyard surrounded by plantings, a fountain and sound of birds. Set away from the bustle of the area. I recommend this wonderful get away

Skip this coffee shop if you’re in old town for the day. Ordered 2 lattes and both were «warm» no where near what one would call «hot» The one latte ordered had a flavored syrup in per our order request and the flavor could not be tasted at all. Wish I wasn’t writing this 1 star review, because the place is cute, they let us use the restroom even if we were not customers and the desserts and pastries looked tasty, but the coffee/​lattes were a failure.

The always tough half-​star conundrum. I LOVE the atmosphere, faux-​French cottage. The food is cheap and tasty. It’s not blow me away good, this is why I vacillated between giving it three or four stars. The deciding factor was that it is an out of the way a nice place to take a break if you’re walking around Old Town.

Went in for a «quick» coffee and pastry and and hour later still did not have all of our drinks or the cookies that were already made. Terrible service and customer service. Do NOT go here! Very rude and slow. We walked away without getting our food. Will call the credit card company for a refund. Waitress raised her voice and only wanted to give $ 6 back rather than the $ 37 we spent.

So you have to put one star in order for a review to register but if I could give no stars I would. Our server told us food would be out in about ten minutes and 75 minutes later we got our coffee and waters. Still no food or cookies. We were at this point late for our flight so we had to leave. I don’t think it should take 75 minutes to make a grilled cheese sandwich and bring out three cookies. The worst part was the attitude when we asked to leave and have a refund on our orders cause we were late for our flights.
Good customer service is the most important part of running a business. It’s what keeps people coming back and unfortunately we will not be coming back.
I always like supporting local businesses but in this case sadly they let me down.

We enjoyed a great lunch here. Freshly made sandwiches with great wholesome ingredients. Freshly made and unusual, and delicious cookies. Also great iced mocha coffees. Highly recommended.

Nice setting in a side courtyard in Old Town complete with a fountain. They have a nice menu of eclectic sandwhiches, coffee, and such.

Small but very cozy café in old town, just off of the old town plaza. They make their own bread every day. The bread is great and they use for toast, breakfast sandwiches, and for lunch for their panini sandwiches. They also have a small selection of soups and salads.
They also have good hot chocolate.
