I always say, that if I were to modernize Dante’s «Inferno,» one of the circles of hell would be going to the Verizon store.
Well, let me tell you about a GREAT experience I had at the Best Buy Mobile store at the Cottonwood Mall. It was great! Hannah waited on me and was really helpful when it came to telling me about my options (there are so many smart phones) and helping me find a plan that saved us money. There was no pushy up-sell and I was in and out of the place in 45 minutes (the time was primarily my fault as I deliberated about which phone to buy).
I would go back in a heartbeat!
