So we came to this Boot Barn when I couldn’t find a hat I liked at the stand-alone store on San Mateo.
This store feels smaller and has a smaller hat selection — surprise, surprise…
However, I did find a hat I liked and we got it here. (You can see how cute we are in our cowboy hats in my pictures in my Unilocal page.)
This store had slightly less friendly, slightly less helpful staff. It seemed like it was all teenage girls, no one who really knew anything, just people working for a paycheck. The one thing they did help us with was showing us the tools available for cleaning our hats, which was great.
I would go to the one on San Mateo before going to this one again, but if they sent me here for something they were out of there, that would be fine.
