The changes in the last few months have definitely been an improvement. The elevator is looking great, along with the bulletin board. The new lights are nice as well. Things are improving, still have some work to do, but definitely headed in the right direction.

I’ve lived at several complexes in the area and this is by far the best. The staff is extremely helpful and organized. They actually seem to care how their residents are doing. The grounds are well-​kept. I enjoy the gym which actually has free weights! There is always plenty of parking. I only wish there was another entrance through the side gate!

I am a new resident to the Broadstone Solaire community and have so far experienced nothing but positivity. We have great maintenance and front office service the only thing I am concerned about is the many black widows I have seen around the pool area.
