Not so much :(Used to go all the time. It’s not the same staff seems to be unhappy food came out fast almost to fast now I know why I think it had been sitting there awhile and just reheated taste like jerky. Better off taking a little drive further down the road

Came to this location. Ordered some wings. The food was good as always. The staff however were inattentive, not friendly. Seemed to lack the basics of good customer service. Waiter was nice but was forgetful. I rather go to the other location on Gibson and university.

Very slow staff you wait forever got your drink and food.. waitress never gives you refills.. wings cold not fully cooked … salad soggy.. the one on montaño is only good one.. Worth the drive then to go here

I went in today for a quick lunch. Quick is not what describes the staff. I counted 6 tables in the dining room when I was there. It took 20 minutes for the food to come out and it was not hot. French fries were cold and soggy. Server was not very friendly. I have been to other locations before and had better service at those locations.

This was my first visit to one of these Establishment I was really disappointed in the whole experience. After waiting for a table for quite some time we were seated. Our waitress didn’t show up for a while. We explained that we had never been there before and would like some advice. She simply opened the menu and started reading it to us. After some questions we decided on our meal and drinks. She didn’t come back with drinks for quite a while. My wife had ordered signature drink and the bartender couldn’t find the ingredients. So she had to reorder. Finally got our drinks came. Then someone showed up with our meal even though we had ordered appetizers. Our waitress comes back and we ask and she says kitchen is backed up??? How can you be backed up if meals are already there. She didn’t bother to tell us even medium wings would fry your privates off so much for her help. This place sucks won’t be back.

Worse buffalo wing restaurant we have been too. Not sure if this place needs a major overhaul from the top being management to the bottom. We have gone to this place various times after our kids games and please note
When we have been there place hasn’t been busy jamming or nothing like that and for some darn reason the waitress that work there can’t seem to get orders correct, forget to check back in on customers and worse part confuse tickets with other tables or charge for stuff which was not order. I say this because it wasn’t a one time mistake various times with all different waitress. So that let me to believe that had to come from store manager. So please if anyone goes there
Check your tickets real carefully and don’t just hand over your credit card or cash to them. You may be paying for someone else’s lunch or dinner. Will never, never
Go back and corporate will be notify.

Not a fan of this location, and never have been given a reason to change my opinion. Our sever, Samantha, was the rudest server we have ever gotten at a BWW location. Working in customer service myself, I know the expectation of dealing with people. When she first came to the table, she looked miserable. Didn’t say hello, just said «what do you want to drink?» In a monotone voice. The entire duration of our visit, we pretty much had to chase her around the restaurant to get her attention. First time she came, she zipped around the table so fast we didn’t even realize she had come, as she didn’t even bother to say a word. We asked for a to-​go box toward the end along with a refill; she brought the refill but no box. She set the glass down so fast and practically ran from the table we didn’t even get a chance to ask her for the box. Waiting another 15 minutes… she finally came back and we asked her AGAIN, took her about 10 minutes to come back with it. We ordered baskets of fries and they literally brought them half full, we asked why they kept bringing them half empty and the girl said «we weigh them now»…never have had to even ask that question, the fries are always overflowing. When she gave us the tickets, she overcharged us so had to go back and fix it. All in all, we were disappointed and will NOT be returning to this location. Poor management and huge lack of customer service.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Bar flies in my drink, dirty beer glasses, management doesn’t care to help fix anything. The staff just got turned over completely, and the kooks they brought in are just plain awful. I used to go here pretty often, now that it’s a corporate owned location, you couldn’t pay me to go here…

The service was horrible and obviously not from a lack of staff. Plenty of waiters and waitresses walking round and socializing with each other and some of the patrons that seemed to be their friends. My wife and I ordered a Margarita and was carded. Give me a break! We’re in our late 50s. When we produced an out of state ID the waitress had to go «scan» our ID. What’s up with that? Some sort of NM law? Probably should have said «hell no!» But after driving 10 hours I was ready for a drink and not an argument. Food was OK but so is McDonald’s. Avoid this place!

You know, we’ve been here only a few times and this location is less busy, thus no wait. However, it seems like every time we come, something happens. This time, all of our wings were not even warm. I always feel bad sending stuff back and complaining, but for the price you pay, the wings better be hot and fresh! If I recall, the same thing happened last time, so we are always skeptical about coming back, but think… eh, let’s give em another chance. No more tho. I’m not spending my hard earned money here anymore! The wait staff is, however, friendly and our waitress tried to make things right.

Staff is nice, food is good.
They ran out of sugar and sweet N low, amazing. Bartender imprevised and found a large bag for my wife’s tea.
Be nice if they woukdTurn down the music as the crowd left. Way too loud!

This was the worst restaurant. We had the sampler and everything was over salted. Definitely not recommended.
Even the pretzels were hard to eat. The pita chips were overlooked. The sauce for the wings made the wings inedible.
Don’t waste your money here.

I have gave this place a few tries. And every time I come I am very disappointed. This last time I walked in at 2350, they were closing at 0100, and I was told this is last call so I could only order one drink. (Which I understand) I tried to order some food the bar tender told me he couldn’t do it cause his bar has to be clear soon. So I asked for to-​go and then was told the kitchen was closed. But 20 min later brought his buddy out some food!

Can I give this place less than zero stars? From the worst wings I’ve ever had in my life (and we tried 4 different kinds) to the day old cold fries covered with a thin layer of fresh, to the cocktails with no alcohol. This place is the pits. We will NEVER go to another of this chain again.

Not really a fan of BWWs, or chain restaurants in general, but this BWWs is exceptionally bad.
Poor service. I mean really POOR service, bad food quality, and the fact that I seen them refuse service to a woman in her 60’s because she didn’t have ID makes me wonder how they even stay in business.

I came in here on thanksgiving en route to Atlanta. After we were seated and were given our drinks we noticed that the entirety of the staff was crowded around a television behind us playing rock band. They were being extremely loud and obnoxious, only one or two employees were even still attending to the customers. The rest, INCLUDING the what appeared to be the manager, had their backs turned. I have never received such poor, rude treatment in a restaurant before.

I’m driving through town from LA, looking for a late night place on Unilocal,and find BDubs, but the reviews are horrible. Those folks can go to crappy Village Inn across the street, because this was one of my best BWW experiences ever! The bartender Marcus was fantastic, the food came out fast and hot! (Cherry Chipotle Sting boneless wings– amazing!!!) and the ambient volume was very tolerable. Great experience!

I like the food at Buffalo Wild Wings. I like this location because it is new and clean, not to mention that there are tons of TVs broadcasting all of your favorite games. The service is hit-​or-​miss, mostly miss. But we have had a couple of really good servers. The beer selection is okay, bragging nothing local. My favorite flavors are the hot bbq and the mango habanero.

I has tried to call in an order from home with no answer, thinking they were slammed I drove down to the location to put in my order. As I was putting in my order at the pickup window I noticed the cashier silence the phone twice. Not very customer service oriented huh?

Adequate for watching sports, we watched the Tour de France this evening, and they have screens everywhere. Wings were dry and over cooked, we had to point out that my wife’s chicken salad had no chicken, took 15 min to correct that. Had chocolate cake and ice cream, it was HUGE and really pretty tasty.
It’s always nice to have a stupid bartender who fails to charge you for half your drinks. So, 3 stars for that.
