If you are considering moving here, think it over carefully. I’ve lived here 5 months and am unimpressed.
Pros: the complex mgr and assistant mgr are both pleasant. Most of the maintenance staff is.
Cons: lots of tenants have dogs and few pick up after their dog. There are ‘land mines’ everywhere. I only walk my dog in shoes with flat soles because if its dark out you WILL step in crap.
The «security» gate works about ½ the time. I’d rather they just did away with it altogether. Its a pain to enter the complex on Montgomery anyway, turning left across 2 lanes of heavy traffic.
The laundry room is a joke. The washing machines have left my clothes sopping wet on several occasions and I finally gave up. I don’t waste anymore $$ on those machines.
The complex turns the water off about once a month with no notice to the tenants. Need to flush? Try again in two hours. I haven’t been caught mid-​shower with suds in my hair but I know it will happen eventually.
The apartments are dated. The kitchen cabinets are probably 30 yrs old and they look it.
I made the rookie mistake of renting online without seeing the place in person, so hard lesson learned.
The Hot tub is about 70 degrees, not my idea of a hot tub.
Think long & hard before renting here.
