This location has one of the most unfriendly parking policies I’ve seen. They are certainly not community friendly.

I don’t usually go to Carl’s Jr because they aren’t very good but I made an exception because I was meeting some friends. The cashier who took my order was not very friendly. She was talking so quietly I could barely hear her. I was saying«excuse me» the whole time I was ordering. I ordered a vanilla shake and it took forever to come out. We were the only ones there and they were still so slow. Their prices were very high. It was kind of ridiculous. I probably won’t be coming back to Carl’s Jr ever.

Carl’s Jr lost my business this afternoon after they hired an EXTREMELY unprofessional booting company to boot vehicles in their parking lot. The booting company, Armandos Booting Co., has an F rating with the BBB. This particular Carls Jr must be struggling if they have to resort to hiring thugs to boot people parking in their parking lot.

Avoid this place. I had to yell my order 4 times over the intercom an the guy still got my order wrong. Also got to the window at 11:50, didn’t receive my order until 11:58. I ordered two spicy chicken burgers with no mayo. Guess what? Got mayo. They were so slow it was insane. Not taking my business there again.

Not sure if it’s this location cause I’ve had better at others. Sandwiches lack the sauce and are almost dry. Their motto used to be «if it doesn’t get all over the place, it doesn’t belong in your face». Been there three times and only been happy once. Also my wife can’t have egg or dairy. We asked the guy in the drive thru if the chicken tenders have them in the batter… The guy seemed hesitant but eventually said there wasn’t. Luckily my wife looked up the menu and lo and behold on the carls jr website the tenders have both. We got to the window to pay and all he had to say after we informed him and would like to cancel that part of the order, «oh we have to void the entire order in order to cancel». No apology or anything. What if it was something my wife was deathly allergic to??? I guess that’s what minimum wage pays for…

I’ve been to this place a buttload of times to the point where I know most of the cashiers on a first name basis. Aside from them having good staff, this place is pretty slow. The food always seems half assed and the milkshake lacks flavor. I continue coming just cause how close it is to my house but other wise I wouldn’t come here as much.

Soooo slow. No matter the time of day, not number of cars in the drive-they, it’s like a 10 minute wait. Always have a silly excuse — just done with these guys.
