Dermatology Consultants of Albuquerque PC

I’ve seen this doctor a few times and he’s great. Other dermatology practices are scheduling months out. Yet I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Icken within a week. Unfortunately, his staff is extremely rude. I didn’t realize the office closed at 4pm and called around that time. They were anxious to get me off the phone and with little warning forwarded me to a voicemail. The voicemail had no recorded message so I wasn’t sure who or why I was leaving the message. I got a call back the next day from a woman, I think her name was Debbie, and she was rude and unprofessional. I’ll continue to see Dr. Icken but its a shame that his staff doesn’t share the same value for patient care that he does.
