Worst. Hotel. Ever. Check-in was horribly slow, and when we checked into our room, someone else was already lying on the bed! My kids and I were just looking for a place to stop for the night, but it took 45 minutes to get into that one. At least that long to get a refund. Never visit this place. Its only saving grace is that it has breakfast. Maybe. Got away as quick as I could.

Charged me after I cancelled! I booked this room do my husband could go see his mother who is dying from cancer! He could not make the trip because he ended up being out of the state. We have been unemployed for 4 months and I needed to cancel! I explained that to the hotel, got the room cancelled, got a cancellation number, and was then charged! I have spoken to everyone I can only to find out«policy is policy»(even though I paid extra on for a cancel-able room) and Econo Lodge refuses to issue a refund knowing they are taking money from my children’s mouths! They obviously love their one-time payment of $ 42 rather than people or repeat customers! Avoid this hotel at all costs!

The price was alright. Room was semi clean, the bathroom was pretty strange, broken towel rack, broken switch for the fan, exposed electrical over the shower. Also the breakfast was suuuuper weak, usually there’s some fruit, but all they had was was some bread, a waffle maker and frosted flakes. Also there was a staff member just hovering over me as I ate cereal, it was super awkward and annoying.

It’s definitely cheap, however, the bed cover had a spot of dried blood, one of my pillows was stuffed with bed sheets, and lastly, I was given two towels. When I went to front desk to ask for an additional towel, they told me I would have to wait two hours because they didn’t have any cleaned. It was the worst hotel experience of my life.
