After being robbed. 7 units in a week
Management decided instead of helping local military families. .they demand court order to release film footage instead of doing right thing. 3 weeks after we’ve been robbed… they still take no responsibility for their lack of security. .no apologies. .
We blame john the manager. .Sunday afternoon. .no one around. .
And allowed a convict to rent a unit to steal and store while they looked the other way

Negative stars… DO NOT RENT HERE. I had my property stolen right out uder management’s noses. Lack of accountability and responsability!

Excellent people!!! Storage space is a commodity & there’s not much difference in facilities. It is staff that differentiates one place from another. On this front the Extra Space location on south Eubank shines. Janice & John are super friendly & helpful! They are a joy just to be around. Their bright cheery personalities make doing business here an absolute pleasure. I wish every business in town was run by people like these.
I rented a 5×5 for a month. The space was clean & the lock arrangement on the door was a step above the usual, with a plate covering the sliding bolt where the padlock shackle goes through it. This helps prevent someone cutting the shackle with bolt cutters or a. saw. I had a circular padlock of my own that I used. Otherwise, they have them for sale at the office.
When I next have need of extra storage space I know where I will be headed — south Eubank to see Janice & John at Extra Space. You should too.
