Its Chili’s nothing fancy. The food is ok I ordered the Santa Fe Salad its pretty good and the molten white chocolate cake which was delicious however very rich I couldn’t finish it all. I ordered my food to go only this is that they should make sure the food is ready at time stated especially during lunch time.

Not many people for superbowl evening. the appetizer took forever to come out. even the waitress said it was embarrassing how slow the cooks were. the the food came out. we could tell the the burgers and fries had been sitting because the fries were Luke warm. the steak was undercooked as well. accually barely cooked. we asked the waitress to please have the manager give us the 1880 number. she came back and told us the manager gave us a discount. even though that was not what I asked for. and we were never given the was not on the receipt. The waitress actually said she was being professional. But yet she dogged her own cooks and didn’t get the number like I had asked. the manager never did come by. i did find the number online though. when I called it it told me to go online and send them my info. i will be contacting them online.

Worst service. Completely rushed. Being hounded to order food within the first 2 minutes of being sat in the lounge. Jill was so rude and even swept at our feet and the rest of the people sitting in the lounge. Then she leaves us alone for 20 minutes where we are sitting there waiting to order. Feeling completely awkward we decided to go to Applebee’s. So rude and never coming back again.

Yuck! I’ll NEVER eat at a Chilis again! I was waiting for take-out and I could see into the kitchen. The French fries are stored under a heat lamp then the food servers grab handfuls with their bare hands and put if on your plate! There’s no telling where those hands gave been! GROSS!

I went got a house margarita with my mom it was 3.99 and a presidente margarita which we split for around $ 9.00 it was unexpectedly delicious. We shared the triple dipper for our meal, which I think is always a good decision. They have fries pickles but it definitely has a slight twist either with garlic or some spice that gives them a little more flavor then the typical fried pickles. I like that you can pay on those machines because it service faster and we can leave right when we want to. Our portions weren’t as generous as they usually were but it was still good and the margaritas were excellent!

Chili’s had always been one of our go to restaurants for dinner out together. Be it my husband and I or my father and I. My husband has always been fond of the bottomless soup and salad they offer. They finally put it on the dinner menu, for a few $ more. Unfortunately, they also got rid of the Caesar salad, which was his favorite. I love their chips and salsa, which have always been great. I used to order the buffalo chicken salad, but now I’ve been changing it up. Between the salmon and a new chicken that can share the plate all the way to the oldtimer burger and some loaded baked potato soup. Drinks are a bit pricy and you better be ready to unload at least $ 30 for two people for the night, but once a month or so, not so bad to please the husband who loves this place! If they bring back Caesar salad, he’ll be in heaven.

I’m not wacko crazy about Chili’s, but it is a monthly staple I’d say. The Texas Cheese fries used to be my favorite favorite thing, but the quality has slightly been slacking on my last two or three visits. The fries are edible, but they just weren’t fresh, plump, crispy, perfect little creatures as they have been in the past. The toppings are obviously delicious; cheese, bacon and jalapenos. Can you even go wrong with that? I’d eat cardboard if it were topped with those bad boys and dipped in ranch, so as you can see, the lower quality fry situation isn’t killing me. It’s just disappointing because I’ve had them in their most glorious of moments! The Chicken Crispers were fresh and served with a creamy, tasty, honey mustard. The fries,(again I say) were disappointing, and the corn was a little mushy. Over cooked or boiled or whatnot. My Chicken Fajitas were good. Nothing off the chains, but piping hot, fresh, marinated well enough, with crisp bell peppers and onions. Nothing like mushy veggies with fajitas. YACK! So thankfully they grilled those up well. The best part about our meal was definitely our server. She was super friendly, extremely helpful(grabbing things for us before we ever had to ask, like you’re running low on napkins and she just happens to pop over with extra napkins on her next trip to the table, or you’re taking food home and she brings you the little take home container with a lid for the salsa and guac that she just knows you want) and I love to see that. Being a server for a good hunk of my life, I always appreciate skilled servers. We went during Happy Hour,(which for drinks is All Day in the bar Mon-Thurs, but only from 3 – 6 for the food, and I believe all day Sunday for food and drinks). They offer little appetizer sampling bites and discounted beers and well drinks, so of course it’s a popular football watching spot. $ 4.25 for a tall blue moon(or any other premium drafts, the domestics are $ 3.25), $ 3 well mixed drinks, and $ 3.99 house margaritas… Oh, don’t forget to sign up for their rewards! It might not seem like a lot, but you get points for each visit, and after a couple months you’ll end up with a free entrée and be like, «Did I really eat here that much?» because at first it seems like it would take a coon’s age to earn enough points for that lol! But! They also offer MORE points on special days, or if you order special menu options, etc. So if you’re gonna be eating there anyways, do yourself a solid ;)

Again the International District has done it again, this time at a national chain. It’s the Chilli’s menu which isn’t bad. Great for watching sports or hanging with friends. Excellent bartenders. The have their own following. You can go to Nob Hill if you want, but I’ll stick with Chilli’s on the East side. Bigger TV screens would be cool. Bring back the IPAs. Try the smokehouse wings

Slow service but the food was good. So be prepared to wait if you want to eat here. We came after lunch rush hour. So the place was nearly empty.

I placed a to-go order online and stated what time I would arrive(as they have on the online order form). I gave them 45 minute notice of my arrival, and when I arrived I still had to wait 20 minutes. Why ask what time we will arrive, then? So that knocked them down a bit, but I was so impressed with the service at the to-go counter I bumped them up to 4 stars. She was cheerful and apologetic for the wait. She opened every container to confirm the order, and made sure I had all the sauces I could possibly want. Excellent service.

I used to really like this chilli’s not sure what has happened but the past 2 times we have been(last night &2 weeks ago) the food has sucked. I thought maybe it was just me but last night I went with a large group 15 of us in total and even a few of the other ladies commented that there food wasn’t that great. Service was also horrendous I know there was a lot of us but our server didn’t check if we were happy with our food, and half the group weren’t offered drink refills. I think I will switch it up and give Applebee’s our custom from now on.

You get larger portions of food than before. It was real clean and quiet when I got there.(After lunch rush) took a while because a lot of workers left but everything was good. Will come back again.

I’m kinda embarrassed to say that we come eat here at least 5 times a month and NoT once have we had horrible service! We don’t always get the great waitress but that’s just fine because we have gotten great servers everytime :) I have Unilocaled my horrible service at the other one because not once– but several times– it has been a very disappointing visit. Thanks Chili’s on central for being so wonderful at your job! We now have a «regular» status. Lol

I live near this Chili’s(thankfully) & have always loved going up there on Sunday’s. You meet the nicest folks in the bar area; some locals, some from cedar Crest, etc … Chili’s made this my funniest football pre & post season to date. Jose, you’re the best server/bartender we have the fortune of knowing & love that you’ve been«my» Chili’s since getting stationed here! Curtis, Al’s I can say is «Wow», we love how you manage the place; the renovations are really aesthetically pleasing as well! I know I’ve eaten/drank my weight in your appetizers & mango Margarita’s, yet my wallet never felt it. Y’all really make Sundays fun & keep up the great work!!! P. S. Join the Chili’s on-line email club people; I get two free choices of appetizers or desserts every week & always use them!!! V/r, Casey Burnsed

Cold beer. Yessir. A good price happy hour. I like the guac they have and I used to be addicted to their house salsa. I’ve tried lots of their menu items and I’ve never really had anything that I didn’t like, but nothing that I would kill for. I haven’t tried one of those beer margarita things but I would definitely love too, maybe next time.

Gave it another chance. Had poor poor service last week. Sat at bar today great service. The food is always good for a chili’s but the service last time was very poor/slow. At the bar the server was great and took good care of us.
