I just recently got some heavy duty corrective foot ankle braces and found that none of my current shoes fit with them, so I came into this store. The experience was nothing short of amazing. Not only did she find shoes that will fit, but they are really cute. I already knew that footwear of this caliber will set you back a bit, but I hadn’t saved enough money for the brand I really wanted. She found me a perfect pair on clearance in that brand, which I purchased, and I will be back for another full price pair as soon as I have the money saved. I truly can’t thank this business enough and I would send anyone here in a heartbeat.

Great service and prices. You can get real custom insoles here for the price of the ‘semi-​custom’ ones sold at chain foot stores. And semi-​custom insoles for a much better price. But most importantly this lady put a priority on service and honesty. She will spend a lot of time with the customer if you make an appointment. Very professional.

We have been customers of this Foot Solution for a few years now. Marcia is a very professional, knowledgeable shoe wear specialist. I don’t understand why that person criticized Marcia’s customer service style. She offers you water first thing when you walk in. She makes sure you are comfortable answers all your questions, addresses your concerns and patiently try out practically every shoe in her store or orders one she may feel will fit you better. My wife and I have severe arthritis and neuromas so finding well fitting comfortable shoes is crucial for us and Marcia has done the trick time and time again. We will keep coming back and hope everyone else will as well!

HORRIBLE customer service! The owner was very rude each time I was there. She will criticize how bad your current foot ware is in a way that is over the top and makes you feel very uncomfortable. Not helpful, just rude. She told me that I will NEVER find a pair of shoes that is comfortable because she believed that I have fibromayalgia, which I do not. It was just her excuse for pressuring me to buy her expensive orthotics and shoes that don’t work for my feet. I do have problematic feet, but despite her claim, I HAVE found several shoes over the years that feel like a dream. She practically put me in tears before she pressured me to buy the ugliest and most expensive shoes I have ever bought (approx. $ 300), and they didn’t fit me right! I bought them because when I came in I asked her to find a pair that has the same footbed as another pair from the same maker because it had worked well for me, but the second pair was not even close to fitting me right, and the footbed was totally different than what I had asked for. Once I realized this, I tried to return the shoes without having worn them, and she refused to give me a refund! Then when I tried to order the first pair (the one that I liked) in a different color, she insisted that I need to purchase it first, sight-​unseen and non-​refundable! This is bad business practice since it is one of her best selling shoe in the most popular size (8) and color. If she refuses to keep something like that in stock and force you to buy things without being able to see them first, then she shouldn’t be in business. The exact same shoes that she sells (but refuses to keep in stock) are sold at Zappos. I just ordered my new pair which will be delivered to my door in less than two days with free shipping both ways, hassle free returns, and without the condescending remarks.
