Styrofoam cups, watered down chile sauces and luke warm food. Avoid this poor quality and moderately expensive new mexican food spot.

That’s 3.5 stars there. This place above average for your little hole in the wall airport food joint. I stop here a lot, usually beacuse my flight out of here is in the AM and i like their breakfast burrito, not the regular breakfast burrito, the carne adovada one. it’s delicious. the service isn’t so great, but it’s an airport man, I don’t expect it to be. It’s better than the service you get from McD’s at the LAX Southwest terminal, but people don’t seem to mind that cluster! Anyways, I always get the same thing here because, why not they haven’t let me down yet, and hey it’s tasty! Eat up and enjoy!

While not the best in ABQ for breakfast burritos they are the best at the airport. Most of the items that go into the burrito are prepared in advance and assembled to order. Standard breakfast burrito is your meat of choice(bacon, sausage, chorizo, carne adovada) potatoes, scrambled egg, red or green chile and cheese. You can choose any combo within the standard ingredients. The chile(red and green) are good but not great. The burrito size is generous and filling. I do find myself also getting several salt packets to salt while eating as it helps with the blahs that burritos can experience now and again. If you go for the carne adovada or the red chile, wear a bib or tuck a napkin in your collar to help with the drips that inevitably find their way onto your shirt or pants…

I recommend the combination plate. Has a good variety with what they serve, and not really airport prices.

Wow… that was one bad breakfast burrito. The thing was huge, but the eggs were flavorless(powdered?). The bacon was a touch better I guess, but still over half of the burrito was thrown away. The same was true for my co-worker…he threw away most of his, as well. Maybe they were having an off day, but I’ll never know since I won’t ever risk eating here again…

Very good chicken burrito’s. My co-worker loved the carna avocada one. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fast food take out inside security at ABQ. They were out of chicken(!) so I ordered the carne adovada burrito. Highly recommended for those who like it hot but still want to taste the carne. The menu says the chopped green chile sauce is «muy caliente», which sounds even hotter. Entirely a pleasant experience, since both sit-down restaurants(Guarduno’s and Route 66) have been closed.
