I signed up to get laser hair removal and signed up for the «lifetime membership.» My understanding at the time was that I could go back if there was any regrowth for no cost. The nurses messed up the line on my laser until I pointed it out at my second-​to-​last appointment. I wasn’t that upset, thinking I could just continue to get treated until they had fixed it. However, at my last appointment I was told I was welcome to schedule more and pay $ 40 per treatment. Completely ridiculous, especially since they screwed up!

When looking for a hair removal treatment, I wanted a company I can trust. Ideal Image only does laser hair removal (it’s not just an item on a long list of services) and the people that perform the procedures are certified nurses. The consultants have had the procedure (I swear on all parts of their bodies!) so they are able to give first-​hand experience and answer all the crazy questions. So far, I am happy with the service at Albuquerque Ideal Image.
