This has to be by far the best buffet and play area I’ve been to. My family is from TX and we have places similar to this place but nothing close. I saw this because on our visit the staff went over and beyond. The atmosphere was very clean and cheerful. The game card was a bit confusing however once we let Customer Service be aware of it they handled it with such a great attitude. I’m not sure where the snotty kids are(maybe the company let them go) but we had a young girl come up to us and asked us if we were doing okay and even said her name and told us to let her know if we needed anything!!!

I heard good things and wanted to check it out but was really disappointed. I didn’t expect anything amazing from the buffet but many of the stations were empty, I had to pick through the stack to find clean plates, and the food was very stale except a few items that hd been restocked recently. The drink machines were overflowing with ice or out of ice. The games for older kids seemed ok but many of the younger kid games were broken. We had about $ 10 left in our game card but probably won’t ever go back to use the credit.

We brought our almost 4 year old here to check the place out. We purchased the buffet and game card. The buffet was alright. Lots of dirty plates in the clean plate piles. You could tell that they had been run through the dishwasher but there was still a lot of food stuck to them. The food quality was meh. The selection is not what I would have expected for the price. It was nice that it wasn’t all pizza but at least 2⁄3 of it still was. There was a small desert area with no ice cream. They had apple crisp, some cookie bars, bread pudding(which was cinnamon rolls with vanilla pudding poured over it), and some dessert pizza. The play/game area was ok. We liked that there was a lot of room between the games. We went for our son though and there wasn’t much there that he could do. I would say this is more for the school age/7 years old and up crowd. Some games gave out quite a few tickets and others that you expect to put out tickets, like ski ball did not. Most places you get some tickets just for playing which is nice for the little kids. We did find a little kid area as we were leaving so we checked it out. Of the games we tried, the only one that really worked was the popcorn game. There were two variations of the whack a mole game that were more than happy to take our game credits but were both broken. The shark one only registered 3 or 4 hits and on the mole one only one of the miles went up and down and even then it didn’t register it as a hit. :( The bowling area looked like fun but we were tired and didn’t play. I think our son would have liked that. All in all two stars is generous and was given for organization and overall cleanliness of the facility. I don’t know that we will go back.

This is probably the most disgusting place that I have ever been to. I used to go regularly with my kids but it has gone down hill in the past few years. I have complained to the corporate office and had words with the manager to no avail. They hire snot nosed kids with no customer service skills and bad attitudes. When you ask for a manager, the manager is never available. I have stopped going to IT’Z because the food has made me sick the last few times that I have gone. The pizza was not cooked all of the way thru and there was raw cold dough in the middle. Half of the time you can’t even get change for a $ 20. What kind of place doesn’t even have change for a $ 20 that deals in video games, food, parties, and other money sucking activities? There was also a foul smell that resembled vomit and feet in the air of the establishment that was both non appetizing and nauseating. I will not ever return to this place again. I would rather spend my money elsewhere and be treated with respect and have a good time rather than have to hurry home to the bathroom after eating nasty pizza and having a foul smell in the air.

The food is ok. The place is fairly clean. The bigger problem is the other customers and staff interaction. While waiting in line for one of the rides, two kids were play fighting but throwing hard punches. One of the staff members working the frog elevator ride was egging the kids on yelling«give ‘em a kidney shot» and«hit ‘em again.» Not really encouraging for a repeat trip anytime soon. Also many of the games didn’t work. One of the airplane games, when the seat shifted the game reloaded and restarted. One skeeball game only had two balls, while another lane had zero. Each of these was a loss of credit on our game card and there were no staff members around to fix the issues.

We had my son’s birthday party at Itz today and everything was wonderful! The staff was very attentive and friendly. The games and rides were great and everyone had a good time. Nice variety on the buffet and overall the food was pretty good. Would definitely recommend.

The food is ok. But it’s nice that they have buffet style dining. The games kept taking our points. Overall a little over priced but better than Peter piper or chucky cheese.

iT’Z earns two and a half stars, but since Unilocal will not allow me give iT’z the half star, I’ve lowered it to two for this reason: the food is available to you as a buffet style. Any time you hear buffet, you should automatically be on the lookout for cleanliness. I compare all buffets to the ones at Sweet Tomatoes [3.5 to five stars depending on the location]. iT’Z does not come close to Sweet Tomatoes because overall iT’z food was left out too long, and the iT’Z ice cream machine was broken. At best the food is less than average in my opinion; however, my sister said she rarely eats out [we were here for a birthday party], and she thought that the food was good. The way I see it, is that if you are going out to eat, the chefs better cook better than I do, and all of the workers should be neat and joyful. iT’z cooks need to take a lot more cooking lessons on how to present food and how to make the food look most appealing. One whole star is lost due to the fact that one of the buffet employees was rude to my sister. She made a request, and he barked at her. Why be so short with people — especially in the service industry? She needed something to cover the cake before we left; our party host forgot to give us one, so my sister went to the line. The worker’s reaction was immediately negative. What? Did you overcook your noodles? Another star is lost because the dining area is not cleaned up right away. And, if an employee does float around trying to clear tables, not all areas are cleaned up in an entire section — just half the job get done. Just when I was thinking this, another customer complained about it. I wonder why managers are not concerned about a clean dining area? iT’Z please earn more stars by fixing these problem areas. They would greatly enhance the enjoyment of the whole iT’Z experience of the rides, other great employees’ attitudes, and the huge screens. I look forward to your improvements.

Went to It’z with boys ages 3, 7, and 9. We bought the $ 26.99 «Biggest Deal» tickets for the older boys, and just buffet/admission for the toddler and me. All 3 boys raced around and played, as happy as could be, for a full FIVEHOURS, and they would have stayed longer if I had let them! We encountered friendly, helpful staff at the front desk and in every area of the amusement park and restaurant. The play space is about as big as a gymnasium(or two?) and contains many, many video games and activities, including about 5 rides/games suitable for toddlers as long as they’re able to sit up by themselves. There is a free, small merry-go-round with 3 horses that was popular with the 1– and 2-year-old crowd. Air hockey, bumper cars, bowling, skee-ball, a shooting gallery, a few carnival rides and a rock-climbing wall, and again, the HUGE variety of games, kept the older boys happy and occupied. The $ 26.99 passes gave the 2 older boys unlimited rides and unlimited plays on all the non-prize-winning games; this included a lunch buffet for everybody which featured pizza, pasta, jello or soft-serve ice cream. The older boys burned through their prize-game tickets rather fast and would have loved to have more, but I needed to cap my expenses at about $ 60 for the 4 of us so we made do.

I enjoy coming here with my friends. So far I’ve been there about 3 times and all 3 times, they’ve been on Tuesday. Since they have a buffet special on Tuesday for $ 2.99 and additional $ 0.99 if you want a drink with that. The food is alright, but not made with love. If you want something specially made for you, like«no cheese, with broccoli» they’ll make it for you. It doesn’t mean that it’ll be the best pizza you’ve ever had, but for the price it is good. They also serve pasta, salad and desserts. After 7pm or so, you can purchase points to play in their arcade. I’ve become rather addicted to the coin machines, where one puts a token in and you can win tickets. So, between the friends and I that have come, it’s worth the $ 4 to chill and hang out with, especially if you’re on a budget and want to stuff you gob. Haha =P

The food is OK. Nothing special but not gross either. You do have to purchase a buffet meal to get in but an adult buffet is $ 5 – 7 so it isn’t *that* bad. You can get deals where you get the buffet and a $ 15 game card for $ 14.99(or a bigger deal) which is a decent enough price. The price on the games and rides is a bit much though The current specials at this location are $ 2.99 buffets on Tuesday and ½ price games on Thursday.

Itz requires you to purchase the unlimited buffet in order to play the games. The lowest priced package is $ 15 per person and only gives you 60 game points. Each game requires 2 to 6 points, and the rides cost more points. Not worth it for a simple date night! Otherwise, the place is clean and the staff is alright.

My daughter and I visited iT’z ABQ twice last summer, and had a BLAST both times. The thing that my daughter loved best, was Spinoli! This was the first year that she was old enough to ride on the big rides. It’s a very good deal for the $$ here, you can spend an entire afternoon and not feel BROKE afterwards. The buffet was excellent, with lots of choices(although, for me… it was a little hard, as I am Gluten Free, and there was a lot of pizza and pasta), the staff is helpful and courteous and are very quick to clean messes and spills. My favorite thing? The arcade games spew out a LOTTTTTTT of tickets!!! Much better than the one or two you get from the other kids arcade pizza place on the other side of town ;) We look forward to coming again this summer!
