This is definitely my new spot to go for breakfast, brunch and lunch. The Ruben is one of a kind. The quiche is so amazing and French toast omg. The coffee is wonderful homemade bread homemade deserts. Must try you will fall in love. Only thing I would say is I have seen the place grow, more staff. Service is pretty good better when it’s slow.

We found this fabulous little restaurant on Unilocal and had breakfast there this morning. What a great addition to our somewhat homogenized northeast heights neighborhood. The food was great and our server, LeeAnna was friendly and knowledgable. I buy spirits at Kelly’s and didn’t know such a great place was next door. My eggs were perfect, which doesn’t sound like all that, but I find restaurant scrambled eggs either overcooked, runny or cold. These were soft and delicious with bacon mixed in and a perfect croissant and fruit on the side. As the coffee and bread are included in the entrée price, this perfection is the same price you’d pay for a plate of eggs and chili with a huge portion of beans and potatoes I’d rather do without. I’m not ready to give up huevos rancheros, but this café is just great. My husband loved his french toast and the coffee was very good. We will become regulars.

We went in around 2 hours till closing time and our server was pushing us to order, pay and leave. Our food wasn’t great, my husbands meal came out cold in the center which was very odd, considering its«fresh». Our bill was oddly high for what we received. We will not be back.

We went for breakfast at this place yesterday. My wife ordered the real French toast and I ordered the Parisienne omelette. The French toast was airy and light. Never had something like this previously. It was very good. The omelette had ham, bacon and Swiss cheese in it. It too was light and airy not heavy on the stomach. What was most scrumptious was the almond croissant. Usually, I see sliced almonds on the croissant but didn’t see it on this one. The almonds were minced in it. It was sooo good. Definitely, coming back.

La Quiche is tucked away but definitely a great place. The ambiance and environment is inviting and modern. It’s only drawback is the outside sign. Red and plain does it no justice. Otherwise very clean and warm. Enjoyed a delicious Omelette Mediterranean with fresh peppers and sausage. It was light and fluffy. The crème was smooth and not so overwhelming. Would definitely recommend. My partner had the goat cheese quiche. The restaurant is properly named cause they do it right. Light, airy, crispy outside and just as you would want it to be. Presentation was great and appetizing. Price was appropriate I feel. Higher than most but fair. Waiter was fantastic, using common French terminology and very helpful. La Quiche will be seeing me again soon!

So so so happy to have found La Quiche! I love me some New Mexican food, but every now and again a classic makes my heart sing. You won’t feel like your in Paris; the restaurant is open, airy, and offers lots of space. You’re able to watch the kitchen staff as they work, and also drool over the bakery display. By the way I took home a baguette for New Year’s dinner and it was divine. This is the best of French style food, served in an open American style bistro and it’s just perfect! They got everything right. Service is excellent, friendly, and helps with those tricky French pronunciations without any of the French attitude.(Everything I say sounds vaguely Spanish… French confuses the heck outta me… why do they need all those extra letters in every word?) Anyway, back on track. The food, seriously a major hit. They of course offer a wide variety of beautiful quiche served with a light side salad that I enjoyed. The goat cheese quiche with red peppers was creamy and wholly satisfying. They offer breakfast/brunch items as well as sandwiches with fries(frites) or a salad for heartier appetites. I would happily return on my own, with a group of girlfriends, and even the hubs said he liked it and would go back.

A friend and I had a lovely and leisurely brunch this morning. The chocolate and almond croissants were fresh out of the oven and very rich. Service was highly attentive and our server didn’t bat an eye when we switched from croissants and coffee to lunch fare. I had a bowl of french onion soup and my friend had a quiche and salad. I can’t remember which quiche she chose but she declared the custard to be perfection. She also took home a few pastries to share with the family.

Doesn’t matter what the food tastes like. I’ve been waiting here for 45 minutes and my food has yet to come out. I ordered a sandwich. A SANDWICH! How can this take more than 15 minutes. Also, I asked about wine and when I asked the waitress about the difference between 2 Chardonnays she shrugged at me as if to say, «How the hell should I know?». Train your employees! You only have about 10 wines so every employee should be versed in them, even if they’re new. 20 minutes later… I honestly can’t comment too much on the food because I was so hungry by the time I got it, I wolfed it down. I wasn’t offered utensils or even a napkin and I had to ask for ketchup after which I was given 2 packets. Packets of ketchup in a restaurant, and only 2? I got up and grabbed a utensil and napkin from another table because I was not about to keep waiting for that before I got to eat my food. So, the waitress was new and overwhelmed and I can forgive that. However, why should a sandwich take an hour? And why don’t you train your employees better? If a waitress is new, don’t leave her to flounder on her own during your busy lunch rush. What the hell is wrong with the management here? Get it together!

My family of 7 came after the balloon fiesta on Sunday. I had a quiche which melted in my mouth. The salads were fresh and delicious, the tomato soup was very flavorful and a bit spicy. Everything was light and fresh and didn’t sit heavy at all. The restaurant is light and the decorations are fun without being overdone. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a breakfast/brunch/lunch place in Albuquerque and would definitely come back if I’m ever here again!

Pretty good breakfast. It was a little more $ than similar places around town. The croissant was nice and fresh but they give you a Smuckers packet to put on it? No thanks. Eggs were tasty, Americano was decent. Service was friendly and timely. Not sure if I’ll go back.

Paeis sandwich was alright, but their service needs improvement. They charged extra for couple slap of butter. No class!

This time I had the salad nicoise and omg. Really gorgeous presentation. Not your typical salad — slices of potatoes, fresh steamed green beans, seared tuna slices, boiled egg and delicious olives. Try it!

Got acquainted with this business first at Downtown Grower’s Market! The personality of the staff attracted me as much as their yummy goodies. Being a sleeping-in beauty at the time, I rushed to the market on a Saturday at Robinson Park when the closing bell was ringing and I had that sorry look on my face when no brioche loaf was left for me to bring home. The guy owner was instantly compassionate and offered the leftover of the sample loaf to me, free of charge. Then I got some plain croissants 2 for the price of 1… boy, that was a redeeming moment for my day! I’d since gone to their shop and bought treats and love the fact they use real butter for pastries that ought to have Real Butter in their DNA! Highly recommend their pastries and quiches! The prices are very reasonable for the quality they deliver! I once paid half of the price of a loaf here for a brioche bun that was only one eighth the portion in some fancy bakery in Santa Fe. Trust me, I dedicated a great portion of my free time in 2014 searching for the best quality, price balanced brioche, buy from them, it’s a commandment! By no means am I saying this business has reached perfection. Sometimes the dessert case was almost empty(at around Noon on a weekday) that it didn’t look appealing facing the entrance. Oh, should I mention coffee or the lack thereof? Needs a boost here with good roasts! It is my hope to support and enjoy them while they are working towards perfection in their own way!

The bread and pastries here are so on point it is ridiculous. I can’t believe I live blocks from here and never knew about this place! Definitely add this to your list of legit breakfast places.

I just popped in for some baquettes and an afternoon treat, but I loved the ambiance, the laid back vibe of the diners, and the very courteous and helpful staff! Both my bread and treats were delish! We’ll be back!

Has really gone down hill. Took 25+ minutes to receive three salads and a pre/made quiche despite seeing a back kitchen of 5+ guys and a less than half full restaurant. Quiche used to be delicious. Today crust was so soggy on the bottom I couldn’t eat it and rubbery on top. French onion soup lacked flavor, particularly salt Waitresses were brusque and unapologetic. Won’t be returning.

When I think almond croissant, I think a pillow of buttery and flakey goodness. Not ugly piece of mush. Yikes. The most awful almond croissant I have ever had in my life. It was actually inedible. While the interior of the bistro is quite homey, the food was not yummy. In addition to the gross almond croissant, I had a mediocre quiche and salad. While the almond croissant was the thing that made me give this bistro one star, the rest of my experience was meh.

Was trying to find a unique sweet treat for a girlfriends birthday at the last minute and«VOILA» heard about La Quiche Parisienne decided to call first & see what options I had and conversed with«Reagan» who had the most amazing people skills that literally convinced me to hurry on in, and that’s exactly what I did. The bistro is absolutely adorable & very inviting with tons of unique pastries that were calling my name all at once. A really beautiful selection of fresh gourmet & fancy pastries with fancy prices too! …LOL I chose what he selected as a good birthday treat which consisted of chocolate/vanilla mousse soufflé & it looked so pretty that I was hoping birthday girl would take a bite of rather than say, «oh it’s too pretty to eat». He also mentioned about the fresh breads they make along with the scrumptious quiche & amazing selection of breakfast & lunch. I cannot wait for my return. All I can is my girlfriend & I enjoyed her delicious sweet birthday surprise tremendously and also they packaged it in a lovely Gold box that alone made her feel like a Queen for the day! Definitely will return because of the superior customer service as well as the to die for & very authentic French pastries! Oh La La my Paris sweet heaven is at La Quiche Parisienne Bistro.

We stopped in here on a Saturday for breakfast and were pleased to see most tables full(always a good sign at a restaurant). We were seated promptly in a corner two person table and given ice water. At least 20 minutes passed before the waiter even came over to greet us. We ordered coffee, pastries, and breakfast all at once because we were already sensing slow service. 20 minutes later we still didn’t have coffee! They brought our pastries(a chocolate twist croissant and raisin croissant) and while both were delicious, the coffee took so long to arrive that we had finished the pastries already and our breakfast was almost done. Breakfast came and my fiancé’s omelette was very good but cooked traditionally which was a little soft cooked for me. My quiche Lorraine was very good. The coffee, once it arrived, was great but our meal was supposed to come with a refill and we saw afterwards they charged us for a refill. Bottom line, food was good, pastries absolutely decadent, service? Kind of crappy. Not sure if it was our table location(well off to the side) or just the general attitude of the waitstaff. I’d go back for pastries to go but will probably wait a while before trying them for a meal again.
