McDonald’s

I kniw with fast food Quality is never a grantee. But you expect a child Happy Meal to be pretty basic and at the very least consistent. Children obviously like the TOY above all else. so when you see a «old» toy your child isn’t ever Happy. 4 weeks ago at this exact same location I got my child weekly McDonalds happy meal. My meal was warm, the same but old toy. They explained it was just for this week and they would be getting new toys on the first of the month.
Next week. SAME ISSUE.
Last week… SAME FRIGGING ISSUE.
Today.
Not only was his happy meal cold you’re only a four minute drive home it was in some ridiculously huge box meant for a jumbo party meal. And the toy. it wasn’t a month old not 2 months old it was over a year old. At this point I called the manager right away and all she did was pass thw buck. not offer replacement not say anything except for it is all corporates fault. Then she had the audacity to say that she knew who I was and that she made my burger fresh. Woman. I ordered chicken McNuggets.
I’m sorry but this location is falling and falling fast.
At the very least you say I’m sorry. you know you could at least offer to replace my childs half made cold old toy happy meal. Instead all I got was «its not my fault» «corporate made me“and hang up. I guess we’ll have to see what corporate says.
I suggest anybody wanting McDonalds makes the extra 3 minute drive to the one up the road.

I asked why for the exact same thing (Large coffee) at different McDonalds the price is different and I was told the owner has the right to create whatever prices they want as well as tax difference.
Well, I’ve paid anywhere from $ 1.59 to $ 2.35(this location) for the same Lg Coffee. I guess I’ll never come back here again. That’s a BIG price difference! Geeeez!

Said they were serving breakfast all day. Got rejected. I knew it was a conspiracy. #resistcapitalism

Spontaneous stop. Pretty clean. Quick service. Food was your run of the mill McDonald’s. I do love me some McDonald’s iced tea.
