Excellent service at lunch today! Had the Kung pao chicken and my friend had the beef lo mein. The recipes at P.F. Chang’s are always very tasty. However, My constant complaint, is how skimpy they are with the food(small rice portions and very little beef with the lo mein). Given the cheap food costs for making Chinese dishes and their menu prices, they could compensate a little bit more.

I travel a lot for fun to different states and love P.F. Chang’s. I’ve ordered«to go» twice from this location in Albuquerque. I ordered the same thing both times… Walnut Shrimp with Melon. First time was excellent but this recent visit was the worst tasting EVER! It was so bad that I ate less than half of it and threw the rest out. It was so awful that I thought I was going to throw up for sure. Such a waste of money. Needless to say… I will NEVER buy food from this P.F. Chang’s again.

Usually you have one or the other, great food or great service. Tonight was definitely different. Our food was amazing and our server Keith was awesome. He was on top of refills and gave us great suggestions. When I go back I’m going to ask for Keith! Keep up the great work we loved having you as our server!

I was so disappointed in our meals today. I ordered kung pao shrimp and my daughter had crispy honey shrimp. We also ordered an egg roll and hot & sour soup. The appetizers did not come until after the entrée and we’re cold. The food was bland. The soup had a sweet taste to it. In general, it seemed like the quality of the food was not what it used to be

this place was dead on a friday night and for good reasons. 1. out of a few teas my table ordered. when we finally got it, it was like warm 2. lettuce wraps– lettuce was too small 3. entrees was too oily positive tempura string beans were good pf changs in other states are fantastic! this location is not very good.

Good happy hour value. Attention to detail not even. When i sat at the bar there was rice grains from the last patron.(It wasnt busy). Took the order quickly. That was the last either bartender came by. I would have loved a glass if water. The menus sat on the bar next to me the entire time. No one asked if everything was fine. When i was finished and pushed the plated away with the napkin the plates sat in front of me until i had to ask for water. At least 5 minutes. Maybe this is why the place was slow even for a monday.

Scarlet was a nice server but the quality of food is just not as good as in the past. My fave Northern Style spare ribs were overcooked, the pork steamed gyoza was still pink in the middle– the chef relayed the pork was cured, so safe to eat, but it appeared offputting and I wouldn’t let my son eat it. They took it off the bill which is much appreciated. The other entrees(chicken almond and steamed Buddha feast) were good, just not great. I did appreciate the 10% hotel discount… But probably won’t go out of my way to patron again.

I don’t eat at PF Chang’s but I love it! The other day my husband and I wanted lunch and I couldn’t figure out what I was craving and then it hit me: lettuce wraps! So we looked for a PF Chang’s and went in for lunch. The staff was friendly & there wasn’t a wait at all. Restaurant was clean and the food came out quick. This place met my expectations. Thanks, PF Chang’s!

We have not visited PF Chang’s in over 10 years. As a matter of fact, I think the last time we went they were still considered a new restaurant. That was the good old days when you had to wait two hours to get in. My husband had a gift card so we thought we would go for a late lunch. Still in time to order off the lunch menu on a Saturday though. Our waiter was very attentive. And food was good. Your average Chinese cuisine What I was really impressed with was the upkeep of the restaurant. It looked as if it were still brand-new. The bathrooms were immaculate. This is a sign of good management. Prices for lunch are ok.

Chain restaurants are generally not my thing, but I secretly love P.F. Chang’s. I love the big round booths, the dim lighting, the pretty finishes, and the food. Service can be hit or miss, though we generally have good luck at this location. Every appetizer I have had here was full of flavor. Personally, I prefer the pork dumplings or the crab wontons, but the lettuce wraps are good too. Nothing tastes premade, bland, or yucky in any way and I always leave stuffed to the gills and happy as a clam. Sadly, I’m a picky eater which means I have only had one or two things on the menu as far as entrée’s go. I like what I like, and I’m not interested in trying anything new. I LOVE the Kung Pao chicken here. It’s lightly breaded and has an awesome texture, sauce is super flavorful and not too spicy, and it has peanuts and peppers mixed in. Normally, this comes with steamed white or brown rice but if I’m eating this food, I need fried rice so I always order a child’s fried rice instead. Dessert here I really don’t know about… I’m always too stuffed to even consider it, so I can’t really say. This is a great place for a cozy date, or even a business type meeting. The food is super reliable as far as taste and quality goes, and even if you get bad service it’s not likely to be THAT bad.

Second vist to this Establishment to give it a second chance first we had above average service the facility is very nice and clean but my dish the Kung pao chicken was overly salty with no real spice. Second vist service was same I did not get to choose where I sat and there was a lot of open seats. I ordered spicy chicken. I asked about adding fried rice instead of white or Brown; it was not an option. I received my food it was not spicy and high priced for portion and lack of taste. I will avoid the restaurant in the future.

Food was awful today! Had a new waiter, he was good asked to talk to manager and the manager refused to come talk to us. The beef was rubbery and almost not chewable!

Once you know what to order here, you’ll love it. Some of best menu items are Mongolian Beef, Orange Peel Chicken and chicken lettuce wraps. I’d stay away from the vegetarian lettuce wraps and their curry dish. Typically I love curry but this was the worse curry dish I’ve ever had. The service can be hit or miss. Today we had a great server.

Excellent service and I love the gluten free Mongolian beef! Plus we came during happy hour and enjoyed 5 dollar wine and excellent bosque red beer for only 3 bucks. What can I say I love Pf Changs! I highly recommend it!

Our service was okay and the food was very good. They did get the order wrong and instead of comping and leaving it they just picked up the wrong food and 2 of our party were served later than the others. I feel they have cut their portion sizes and not their prices.

Yessssssss PFChang is a chain restaurant & I normally don’t do them when I visit, but hey it’s PFChangs for goodness sake. This was my first restaurant I visited when I touched down in NM. Close to my hotel, quick fix right off the plane… I’m happy. I placed a phone order with a very friendly restaurant employee. Picked up 30 minutes later. And 15 minutes after that I’m grubbing. Changs spare ribs & a Thai dish; happy am I. The meal although familiar, tasted different from what I have become accustomed. I have been informed spices at PFChangs are regional, so I knew what the real-deal-Holyfield was. Lol. Pleasant, very friendly & courteous staff. Quick in & out for picking up my food.

I have a thing for P.F. Chang’s, and I’m not sure it’s because I really really love this place, or because it was where one of the best first dates of my life happened. P.F. Changs is a great place to get a chinese food fix. I absolutely love their lettuce wraps. They are full of flavor, packed with awesome textures, and all around fun to eat! I am also a huge fan of the Chang’s Spicy Chicken and when I get a craving, I get one bad. This chicken is always cooked to perfection, a little bit of a crunch, that tangy vinegar taste, spicy, and sweet all at the same time. Every piece is just perfect in your mouth. Perfection. Mmm, mmm, mmm! Also, it’s fabulous that P.F. Chang’s offers a gluten free menu! People on Gluten-free diets, have celiacs disease, or kids with gluten allergies all know how ridiculously hard it is to eat out. It’s so hard to even go to salad bars that serve other foods because of contamination. However, P.F. Chang’s could be a great option for these families! P.F. Chang’s also offers one of the most magical desserts in existence… Fried Bananas. Now, let me tell you, it is not about the fried bananas, but about the coconut ice cream that comes with it. Holy saweet baby jesus, if I found out where to buy such an amazing ice cream, I would be 500 pounds. When you mix in those side item bananas it is like fireworks going off in your brain. So, P.F. Chang’s is a chain restaurant, it’s generic, you can buy their meals in the freezer section at your grocery store, BUT it’s also a nice place to enjoy friends, family, or dates, they have a wide variety of items(including allergy sensitive menu items), and if you hate all that stuff they have alcohol… the hard stuff…

Two words: Lettuce Wraps. More advice: don’t get them if you’re on a date. Sadly there is nothing cute or dainty about eating these deliciously messy masterpieces. My girlfriends and I have tried and failed, even with their dim lighting on our side! Everything I’ve tried on the menu has been pretty great though, but I’m hooked on the lettuce wraps.

Man, this place is not the PF Chang’s that I have known in the past. I used to go often to a Tucson location as my grandparents adored the chain there, but either things have gone downhill for all the restaurants or we’ve got a dud here in New Mexico. Strike one was when the lettuce wraps arrived and the meat was cold. How? Strike two was when the main platters arrived and they too were cold. What is going on here? Why does my food have the taste of the smell of a wet sponge? You know that smell, right? Like laundry that’s sat in the washer for three days? It gets this funk to it and that’s why kept working its way into my meal every few bites. This place was a bust and I have absolutely no reason to ever return. The only reason for the second star is the service wasn’t bad and the restaurant did give my daughter a little cake for her birthday.
