Panda Express

So, let me say first that normally I don’t eat at Panda Express, because I’ve never enjoyed it before. But today for convenience I gave it another chance and this location is excellent! I got the pacific chili shrimp and the string bean chicken and all the ingredients are fresh and taste great. Glad to add a new option to the list of restaurants to visit in this area!

They offer you a free sample but they never actually give it to you. Other than that it was pretty quick and seems to be fresh

Not sure why the knocks on Panda Express. I am not going to give them a glowing review, but not going to give the sour grapes either. They have convenient locations, free parking, and they have all been clean. The food is a bit pedestrian but it isn’t bad either. In most cases I have walked in, been able to place my order within minutes and walked out no more than 5 minutes after walking in the door. I even bought a gift card which shows you that I am satisfied with the food and the experience.

The food is what it is. If you eat and like Panda Express it’s what you expect at each location. This review is less about the food but more about the service from a corporate and store level. I placed an order online, which I had done a few weeks prior at another location with no issue. When I arrived at the location at the time my email conformation stated the employee advised me they did not have an online order. He went to the back of the store with a print out of my order and advised me they had it but for some reason it was not entered and not prepared. If this had been just for me it would not have been too bad but it was a large order for a recognition lunch for my employees at work. I waited 45 minutes for the food to be ready which cut the scheduled lunch for my team short. The whole time I was offered a free soft drink and some extra food but not once was I provided with an apology.
This was already disappointing but what really upset me is I took the time to provide the company with feedback from my experience through their website. I requested to be contacted. Over a week has passed and not a word from anyone with Panda Express. This lets me know how much my business is valued and lets me know by once every six months or so visit will be reduced to never again. Mediocre food is one thing but poor service will never get my business or my companies business again!!!

I don’t know if I would come back to this place? Or that to Panda Express at all in general. I understand it’s a fast food place and to make it worst a Chinese fast food place. Services are horrible combine with the craptacular food= yuck. They’re rude and sometimes it takes forever to get your food.
