What an unfortunate experience. The manager, who refused to give their name, sent our order to the wrong house. This could have been avoided if they had written down our address, and confirmed it before sending the order. After asking if he would like to get something to write with, so we could make sure they had the correct address this time(40 minutes after they said our prepaid order would arrive), the manager informed me that they«don’t write anything down, because they don’t need to.» I asked if we could get a discount, at least, since our party included three children, a pregnant woman, and a diabetic. I was told«no way,» then heard him yell for someone else to call the driver and rescind our prepaid order because«this guy’s just going to be a hassle at the delivery.» I told him we would need a refund, if that was how he actually wanted to handle the situation. He told me to «just stop talking.» This is the manager? Wow. A 10% discount for pizza that’s an hour late due to a mistake caused by their flawed process would have been so easy. Instead, we get someone on a bizarre power trip. The pizza 9 manager on duty at the Louisiana location managed to turn us off from this place in the future. I would not recommend wasting your time with this company. I felt bad for the delivery driver, who would have received our typical $ 20 tip. Our final impression? Pizza 9 = Nein

If you like chain restaurants & pizza from Domino’s, then you’ll love pizza 9. Gross fast food chain. Go to Dion’s, Scarpa’s, Saggio’s, Mario ’ s or Farina for tasty pizza. This is the type of pizza you order for a large crowd, not because you care about the flavor or quality. Since Albuquerque loves chain restaurants, Pizza 9 will thrive.

Best freakin pizza in Abq. Always arrives fast and hot. Website for ordering online could use a little work but that’s not really a complaint, its pizza!

Overpriced and dive-like The pizza is pretty tasty, but way over priced for what you get. The«large» is really just a medium and my son and I spent about $ 17.00 for a «large» and two cokes! That’s highway robbery. We could have gone to Dion’s gotten the same size pizza, a large salad and cokes for that price. One plus is the foosball table, its free and a nice table. The place is rather dingy. The manager is very nice however. The help, clueless. When our order was up they forget to tell us… no big deal as we were playing foosball, but how long was our pizza sitting there. probably about 10 minutes. they did apolgize. Also, NOSINGLES! but they do make an excuse about it, b/c they have personal size. yeah right, its almost $ 10.00.

Had a medium special delivered to my room. Found it surprisingly wonderful. toppings were fresh and plentiful. Dough and crust were great. All in all a great send off pizza before a long day of travel home on Saturday. Wish I had a pizza 9 at home.

we ordered a medium gluten free pizza, a large deluxe and a small bbq chicken. we’ve been to chicago 3 times. and it didn’t seem like this was chicago pizza. regardless, the pizza was really good. i gave this establishment a 4 star because there was an older man that helped with the register. not sure if he was the owner and just an older employee. he was appreciative of our business and striked up a conversation because the phone number i gave him to place the order was a phoenix, az area code. so he took the time to talk about a few things regarding phx. anyway, i enjoyed my pizza and my short conversation with some dude from pizza 9.

I had vouchers from SweetJack for money toward pizza at all Pizza 9s in ABQ. I had used them previously, but when I went to redeem my last vouchers, the store owner who was there that night refused to accept them on account that he had never heard of it before. Even though I had used them there before and another location(where he called to confirm), he was extremely rude in his rejection of the offers and made it sound like I was trying to scam him. I order from Pizza 9 frequently and have decided that I will not be returning to any of the locations. This is one dukedom that I don’t mind losing.

I love Pizza 9. It’s up there for my favorite pizza chain in town, alongside Venezia’s. That thick, airy, slightly crunchy, richly buttery crust topped with a deliciously spiced marinara, hefty amounts of cheese, and your selection of some very fresh toppings doled out liberally makes for one hell of a pie. Well, you know what makes for a good pizza. And Pizza 9 does, too. At most locations anyway. The problem with this particular branch is that they simply do not meet the standards of Pizza 9 as a whole and instead offers an inferior version. Here, it’s more like Pizza 5 ½. We’ve been here a few times now, since it’s the closest one to us, and it’s always been the same story: burned cheese, greasy soggy crust, scant toppings, and a very weak amount of cheese. The frustrating part is that I know Pizza 9 can make very solid, four-star Chicago-ish, deep-ish pan pizza. Just, apparently, not at this location. My suggestion is to give Pizza 9 a try, but avoid the one on Louisiana. At other locations, I could recommend any of the specialty pies, they’re all good. But, you can probably guess whether or not you like these just by looking at the ingredients. They use a lot of the standard ingredients and in combinations that are not going to confuse or astound you. So, instead, I will recommend the double-cheese pizza. Plain, sure. Perhaps a little boring. But, it is absolutely outstanding at Pizza 9 and the fact that it is so good demonstrates just how quality their ingredients really are. Or, get what you want. What do I care? It’s your pizza.

Crap, not even close to Chicago style pizza. Order a pizza hut deep dish, same damn thing. At 20% less. If they change their claim of Chicago pizza then I would give them a couple more stars. Will not go again.

Chicago style? No. Worse than Pizza Hut. Worse than the cheapest frozen pizza. Can I give it negative stars? Be warned, huge rip off.

Read what Jason K. wrote on 9÷28÷2010, except for the F-bombs, he summed it up perfectly. I won’t be going back.

This shit is a fucking atrocity. I’m personally offended that they have the sack to call themselves«Chicago» style. I’m from Chicago. People in Chicago don’t eat this shit. The pizza is exactly like Pizza Hut; which is probably why it’s such a hit here. The crust is super greasy because it’s essentially fried in the pan because of all the oil they put in. We ordered bacon and got Canadian bacon. At the end of it all, I’d say this pizza is the worst thing to ever happen in America. Fuck you, Pizza 9, fuck you. PS if you want good pizza in this town go to Golden Crown Pananderia on 11th& Mountain.

The quality of ingredients is so hit or miss that I had to update this. I’ve had Pizza 9 about 6 times since that first time — and once it was absolutely amazing and the rest either awful or forgettable. What a shame — the potential is there. If they can keep the ingredients fresh all the time, then they have some of the best pizza in this town.

This has come to be one of my favorite pizza joints. The pizza always tastes very fresh and crispy but not hard. I really like the meat lovers they pile it on and it is excellent. I don’t like their bread nuggets I think the pizza crust tastes better than the bread they use for the nuggets. The way I got hooked was trying one of their Chicago style sandwhiches and the owner who hales from Chicago definately knows what he is doing. This is a great place for good pizza and always at the top of my list!
