This this Pottery Barn is in the perfect location at ABQ uptown. It has a great selection of items for your home. My experience has been very positive here. The staff is very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to answer your questions, ensure you get the best deal and help you with price quotes for various options(e.g. leather or fabric selections). IT is somewhat pricey like most PB stores but you get what you pay for in return with high quality products.

I’m a fan… Have been for over 20 years. It’s pricey, but the quality is there and in my mind it keeps you from having an all-Pottery Barn house(which would be boring). I go for the staples… Well-constructed armchairs, quilts, china, towels. And of course the fun stuff, too: accent pillows, décor items. There’s a fantastic salesperson there named Sandra. She will work her magic to get you that must-have item as inexpensively as possible, and always cheaper than the online price. She is magic. Everyone there has been helpful to me, and it’s a great place to get some design inspiration. No complaints here, although one star deducted for general pricey-ness.

I love what they have, but service keeps me away. I asked about the price of a small end table and the associate’s reply was, «I am helping two other people.» No apology, just bluntness. Lots of variety and fun to stroll through.

I really enjoy meandering through Pottery Barn. There are so many thing to look at, touch, and covet. I love all the textures and colors. I also think it’s an accessory store for your house. There was a particularly cool table that had a crank shaft that raised and lowered it. It was really unique. Some things seem priced well, then there are some things that seem expensive. They do often have sales and they have a sale section. I’ve gotten some nice finds in the sale section a time or two. Overall, I think Pottery Barn has great ideas and fun stuff. Also, I find the staff to be friendly, especially Marti.

Not impressed. Very stuck up staff, especially the«flamboyant guy» working the counter in the middle of the store. We refused to provide our zip code during check out, and the guy clearly took out his anger on the keyboard. That wasn’t very cool at all, please treat your customers better.

Albuquerque is lucky to have this store. A scaled down PB(compared to stores in larger markets) featuring lots of favorites.
