I will never come back. We came here the Saturday before Christmas trying to get one item. There was one person working the floor… during the Christmas season. We waited several minutes for help, were snapped at twice and finally left with nothing. I’ve worked retail during the holiday season several years and can’t believe the staffing issues and the way we were treated.

I have mixed reviews on this place. My mother in law loves it. I don’t go out of my way to go there and have only been a few times in the 6 years I’ve lived here. All in all… It’s entirely overpriced. But they have decent sales(20−50% off). The staff is sometimes friendly, and other times doesn’t seem to care much. Meh.

Williams Sonoma I love your store, but closed by 7 on a Friday night?!? Come on, that’s too early! I wanted to purchase a Microplane grater but when I arrived your store was already closed for the evening. The rest of the shops at Uptown close a couple of hours later and the restaurants close much later. You guys didn’t want to miss the early bird specials at the Village Inn or something?

Williams Sonoma is such a fun place for every home chef. Top rated cookware, bakeware, cutlery, gadgets, tableware, and food items. Pricey, but worth it. The staff is very knowledgeable.

This is a nice place to meet friends. I went to a comfort cooking class and met some very nice ladies. It’s nice that Williams Sonoma offers free technique cooking sessions I really enjoyed the session even though I don’t think much was taught:)

I went to Williams Sonoma to pick up my favorite kitchen lotion… Tuscan Fig. DISCONTINUED. It’s a nice store… quality items. But now that my lotion is no longer sold, or that scent entirely, I most likely will not go back. :/bummer.

What an nice place to shop at. They have pretty much everything that you would need for your fancy kitchen. Also an impressive collection of espresso, coffee machines. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ask them questions or opinions so you dont have to spend more than you need to. Only bad thing, it is uptown and parking is a pain.

Oh William Sonoma, the Pottery Barn of Kitchen Gadgetry. Oh, how I love wandering through the iron cookware, drifting by the many dooda’s of kitchen wizardry, The amazing salt and pepper grinding contraptions, The wine aerators and corkscrews, the cool table wares, the pizza cooking stones, the most excellent knife selection, and the cookbooks… Just to name a few. I did purchase a Japanese cast iron skillet that is only ½ the weight of a regular cast iron skillet, so far the jury says, «we love you Komin Cast Iron Skillet!» I just wish I could get a free knife set with my purchase.

The only negative I can say about Williams Sonoma is that they told me they will not be moving to the westside. I would shop here more often if it wasn’t at the opposite end of my world. But, thank you for being in Albuquerque. We love you.

Great place to get truffle salt(thanks to Jennifer L. for the recommendation!). For great quality kitchenware and high-end ingredients, Williams Sonoma is your store! I went here to get some truffle salt and brining bags for our holiday meal and I always get side-tracked by the other cool struff they have. It gets pretty packed around the holidays, so just keep that in mind. The isles are pretty small as they pack a lot of interesting cookware throughout the store, which can take up a lot of room. Going to Williams Sonoma will definitely inspire you to cook-up some fantastic food!

The one thing I like about this store is that when I come here with my lady friend there’s actually stuff for me to look at while she’s busy shopping. Williams Sonoma has all sorts of knick knacks, from specialty cheese graters to oddball sauces and such. While others are looking to drop $ 300+ on copper clad whathaveyou, I’ll be busy browsing the various and sundry items that are stocked on nooks and crannies all about. Truthfully, I love this place because it’s easy gift shopping for women and/or gays on your Xmas list.

Well I’m just a fan of this store even if everything is super expensive. What is sad is that a couple of years ago the company changed their return policy… now I think it is 30 days whereas before it used to be that u could return things indefinitely even if they were used as long as u had a receipt i think. So if you bought some gimmicky cooking tool and realized 3 years later u didn’t ever use it or only used it once. U could return it no questions asked. No more though… My husband and i like to attend the Sunday morning technique classes at this store… We have periods where we go a lot then maybe don’t go but they are pretty informative. You go one hour before the store opens for a little technique demo about some topic that is seasonally appropriate or has to do with some sort of new product the store is going to promote. At the end you get samples of course but also get a discount on anything you buy before the store opens. The people that work here are really helpful and especially during the technique class answer many of your questions. It is a nice way to mingle with people and bounce food ideas off each other. I have not been to the cooking classes that you pay for but heard they were good. The lack of a star is due to high prices and their crummy return policy.
