Gordmans has very good prices, but it is so impossible to find clothing. You have to dig and search if you want to find something in clearance. There is usually clothes on the floors, not where it’s suppose to be, etc. They also have many other things besides clothes, which is fun to look at.

This is only my second visit to the interesting gem of a department store. I had never heard of ‘Gordman’s’ before and for some reason was under the impression that it was a sporting goods store(most likely because it resides above a Dick’s in the mall. I don’t pretend to understand how the human mind works). Anywho… I popped in to buy some pants and ended up buying pants, a jacket, a pair of shoes and a shirt. VERY reasonable prices. The quality is yet to reveal itself, but I the shoes I bought were Roxy, which is a brand I trust. To the customer service: a nice gentleman named Robert found me in the shoe department and raved about the shoes I was about to buy. He asked me if I had the 20% off coupon. I said no and he took me under his wing. Taught me about the , where I can find all the Gordman’s coupons. I save $ 15 bucks today thanks to Robert! He was so nice and helpful and seemed to love his job. I even commented about his enthusiasm and he said«I like people». What a GREAT experience. Department store shopping is always hit or miss with me. Either I’m annoyed by how often I’m bothered or asked if I have found everything I need(usually at stores where the employee is working on commission), or I’m underwhelmed by the lack of care in organization of the clothing. Gordman’s was great. Robert was great. The prices are great.

Honestly, I’m not one to leave bad reviews. Usually, I just blow it off and assume someone might have been having a bad day. Now, I love Gordmans, I love the prices and the variety! Everything they have is awesome! But my BIGGEST problem with this place is, customer service. EVERY time I go the cashiers never smile, look like they hate their lives, don’t say anything to you, not even a «thank you have a nice day» or a «how are you doing today?» My friend and I sometimes don’t even wanna come here and skip the store entirely because of your RUDE associates and cashiers! I’ll go into your store happy and then I’ll come out extremely annoyed and upset at the experience and attitude I was getting from your employees! Please fix this and send them through a happy training class or something!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I like both locations… but I think I like the one at Coronado better. It’s a little disorganized and you really have to make the time to search out what you are trying to find… but it’s WORTHIT! They always have items on clearance. The big reason why I go to this place is because they sell Silver jeans. It’s my favorite brand. They are made for girls with… ya know…*ahem* a lil’ junk in the trunk. A bud-unk-a-dunk. They are high quality jeans that usually retail between $ 90-$ 110. They’ll literally last you forever. Gordmans somehow gets away with selling them for $ 39.99. «How?» you may ask. «Fuget about it!!“Hey…I don’t ask questions, I just buy! I found a nice leather jacket there this time around. usually $ 100, on sale for $ 28. I like it much better than Ross, and even a little better than Marshall’s or TJMAXX, although I would say those two stores are a bit more organized. Don’t go just for the clothes, though. They have a great selection of name brand shoes, housewares, home décor, luggage, and kids toys/books. If you haven’t gone, or if it’s been awhile… you have to get your bud-unk-a-dunk over there!

Poor mans Macys? Still had a interesting selection of mens clothes, though many were too douchey or preppy for my significant others tastes. Kitchen goods were interesting and worth tromping through. Will definitely wander in again, though it is not at the top of my list, for clothes shopping.

I’m on a mission for a nice summer dress. I decided to try gordman’s because it was the first store I saw walking in to Coronado Center. I walked into the juniors department, saw a lot of cool stuff, but I’m over 30, so I had to pass. I went to the misses section, and there it was… a bunch of cool, awesome, dresses! After spending 15 minutes trying to find the perfect one, I found it! I had to leave right away because I saw a lot more I wanted, and I have no dinero… Check out was fast and friendly.

I really like Gordman’s; it’s proximity to the mall makes it that much more convenient. Now when I say I «like it» that doesn’t mean«I just love it» … there houseware, foods, dog paraphernalia — AWESOME; the clothing and shoe department is sorely lacking unfortunately. I go about twice a month for their«Skinny Girl» coffee syrups — they’re absolutely DELICIOUS and carb free, which works for me, as I follow the Atkins diet. You should sign of for the«G-Rewards» program with the cashier that checks you out; I’ve already gotten a free $ 10.00(something like Kohl’s cash) and get weekly emails that certain items are anywhere from 50−80% off. Give this place a try; if not only for their home and kitchen area … Happy Shopping!!!

Went to see what the store was all about. The housewares were nice. At that point it reminded me of Ross. They had novelty snacks and a LARGE assortment of coffee mugs. This area was reasonably priced. They had good prices on candles but once I got to the clothing the quality wasn’t the best. They had cheaply made jeans and wanted $ 30+ for them. Honestly, I could get them in the south valley for a better price and same quality. The security officer kept circling my sis-in-law and I. Not cool. I might return later on to see if it improves.
