Good donuts, horrid costumer service!!! I used to come here all the time because it is within walking distance from my house and I don’t know what happened! If you chose to provide a variety of donuts and items, don’t rush a costumer through the line to make my decision. Especially, in this instance, if I am THEONLYONEINTHESHOP! This definitely is not an isolated incident, as I have visited a few times before and received lack luster service, but this visit marks the last time I will be going.

I love that they make vegan donuts(the maple ones are my fav), but I really wish they’d expand their offering to occasionally include vegan renditions of some of their other«fancy» donuts.

Daddy liked Homer donut the best… teenage son like the fruity pebbles one best(gotta say I was surprised at how good it was) you should def get an assortment and let everyone take bites!

Donuts are my crutch. The thing that is sure to break any attempts of eating paleo or strictly healthy. Rebel donut rates as one of the better places to get my fix. They serve both coffee and, of course, donuts. They carry a large variety, so naturally we ordered an assorted dozen to try them all(or most). I most enjoyed their sausage and bacon stuffed pastries. The breading was light and fluffly. So yes, technically not a donut, but my taste buds did not complain. It was very savory and gone quickly. They put bacon on their maple bars, so if that’s your jam: enjoy. The only thing I didn’t quite care for was their fritter. They made them with raspberry vice apple. The mixture of sweetness and flavor was a little off. Overall I’d recommend rebel donuts. As an added bonus, it’s not too far from the balloon park. If you visit during one of the many launchings, you can load up your picnic basket before seeing the balloons take flight

Fresh made donuts, clean establishment, friendly and quick service. Many creative and traditional varieties to choose from. Second time 11 year old and I’ve happily visited this place. We held ourselves to only 6 this time… too many to try!

Came in for a cup of coffee only to discover not one, not two, but three varieties of vegan donuts. My partner and I split a chocolate one. It was nice and fresh, somewhere between flaky and cakey in texture. I hadn’t eaten a vegan donught in a long time. The non vegan donuts looked delicious. Friendly service. No wonder people were trickling in!

Went into Rebel to get an awesome donut and left with more. I knew I wanted something to go with my new sugary confection but didn’t exactly know what. One of the workers, Dawn, suggested a frappé. I was willing to try it and boy I’m glad I did. She made this great Reese’s flavored frappé and I was in heaven. Even though it’s not on their menu you should definitely try it or even see if they can make another flavor. Can’t wait to go back to try something else.

Hands down, best donuts in town. Once you go Rebel you can’t ever go back! The only negative to me is sometimes they don’t have your favorite donut since I believe they change things up daily. So if you’re craving something & go in, there is a chance you may not get it. Still, fantastic quality

Best damn donuts in town. But if you really want a special treat go for something with bacon on it. We used a coupon for buy six get six… We ate them all in two days. Light and fluffy is the order of the day. Service is prompt and friendly. Keep up the good work folks.

Rebel Donuts!!! Breaking Bad«Blue Sky» is fun :-) The Homer(Homer Simpson) is awesome! I love the Boston crème :-) Haven’t tried the maple bacon yet, but it’s next on the list!

I loved the doughnuts I had and the variety of! I went in on national doughnut day and they still managed to take care of right, aside from the long line.

Abq, Local, N.M. Shop and Staff As always as I walk in the staff greet me, and I always feel welcomed. This is a great westside location with lots of other places to shop and hangout. I love how different the doughnuts are, and how delicious they are as well. I don’t have a favorite because I try to get a different one every time I go in. Food and Experience Of course the best time to go in is early as possible to get the freshest, and best selection of doughnuts. It is popular depending on the day. I have a few I would say people need to try, and they are chocolate raspberry looove, Irish coffee and cream, Boston cream, and the«blue sky» is the«classic» that people should know about. These are just a few of the crazy concoctions they offer. If I had to choose a favorite doughnut I would say the big kahuna. I am a monster dino when it comes to coconut, and whipped cream.

I’m a doughnut connoisseur of sorts, they are definitely my favorite food. I’ve had doughnuts from New York to Los Angeles and everywhere in between and I must say, Rebel is quite possibly the best. The location is perfect for me, as I can walk from my house to the doughnut shop in less than 10 minutes, it’s just across the street. The view is fabulous, the staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is very cool, kind of artsy. I’m not sure why I read some reviews of people not liking these doughnuts, maybe it’s just weird people who are used to crappy store bought doughnuts. These things are the real deal, it’s no wonder why this place is so famous. Every doughnut just tastes like absolute perfection. If you don’t want something super sweet they have plenty of more normal options, like the chocolate cake with chopped peanuts or coconut on top, or the«blueberry pancake» doughnut. Unfortunately, unlike some some lucky folks I don’t have a super fast metabolism, so I have to limit my doughnut intake to about one per week max, if however, some super pill comes out that allows us to eat anything and not gain weight, I imagine at least 2 meals per day would be at Rebel Doughnut.

Customer service is awesome! Every time I am in they remember who I am, what I typically order, and always greet me with a smile. When I first went in I can honestly say I was a tad over whelmed(in a good way) so many different ones to chose from! To my knowledge, raised was the only donut out there. The girl behind the counter did a great job explaining all the different types and flavors even recommending some based on what I like. She had a thorough knowledge of all of them which is very helpful. I never felt rushed which was great. the cost is very reasonable based on the variety and amount of work they put into the donuts. Great place to grab a snack or get some work done with their free wifi. I have now become a regular and that won’t be changing anytime soon

I’ve been to this Rebel several times. The store is always clean and the selection is always good. The folks who work there have a lot of personality, and I often hear them singing in the back while they are cooking and decorating and making the magic. I picked up 4 dozen donuts last Friday, National Donut Day(is this not a great country? We have a National Donut Day!), and gave them away at an event on Kirtland Airforce Base. People would be kind of «oh look, donuts», then they would see the Rebel logo on the box and it would change to «OHDONUTS!» These donuts are so compelling and delicious that even the grumpy woman who gave me a hard time about my job helped herself to three while her burning words were still fire in my ears. She couldn’t resist. She hated me, but she loved Rebel donuts. You’re welcome, grumpy hater lady. Now I’m hungry. I want a donut. Donut! Donut! Rebel Rebel Rebel !!

I am a huge(and I’m not talking about pounds or kilograms) fan of Rebel Donuts! These guys know exactly what they’re doing and how to please their customers. They have great and unique flavors, but also make new ones very often. This keeps us coming back, not just for our old standby’s but for new mouthwatering flavors. Some of my favorites are the maple bacon donut(raised is better), apple fritter, breaking bad donut, french toast, white chocolate, and any of the red chile persuasion. What I really enjoy is coming in at the end of day during«happy hour» and picking up half price dozen donuts. Sure, they are from the morning I’m sure, but they taste great even a day later. It’s also fun to me to see what might be left behind. No matter what, Rebel Donut is the way to go, and I certainly recommend them to my guests and any out-of-town visitors.

Let me just be up front with this one: I’m not going back here. Ever. Then why the 4? Well, some things just need to be rewarded, and just because I prefer my blueberry donut from the big orange sign, doesn’t mean they might not make you happy. They just don’t make *me* happy, but that’s ok, as long as *you’re* happy, then we’re all happy… right? So, the doughnuts are fresh, cheap, and readily available. I tried 4 of them(look, I workout, ok, cut me some slack!) and just wasn’t sufficiently thrilled enough to turn my back on the orange oasis. One thing I really like is that it’s local and they really do a great job with branching out and throwing things on there that you might not think are«traditional» doughnut material… ok, I think they just put food names into a hat and make up random doughnuts, but what do i know. Alas, grab your insulin pump and head on over and prove me wrong, you’ll prob be just fine… just remember to give yourself a few units(of insulin) BEFORE you start eating, helps take the edge off ;)

Two and a half stars. Counter service was super friendly, plentiful parking in the shared strip lot, and prices are very affordable. Décor was funky hipster and featured some cutesy local artists. As neat as their t-shirt and undies swag were, the logos they used could use more work. We snagged seating at the one table with an outlet at waist-level. No kolaches in sight, just a variety of prettily decorated donuts in a display case that don’t live up to hype on the palate. My chai was pretty good with a nice balance of froth and spices; the mocha was less sweet and a little gritty for my taste. Perhaps we should’ve opted for the gingerbread or pumpkin lattes. La Vida Mocha was my favorite donut of the three we tried, but the peak of frosting had an unappealing flavor. Chocolate red chile bacon wasn’t spiced beyond the Boars Head, and the rock candy crusting the Breaking Bad Blue Sky didn’t keep it from being boring(props for the Jesse Pinkman photo). Despite my preference for cake donuts aside, the dough texture and flavors here were completely forgettable.
