Quiet, modern luxury with unobtrusive personalized service abound at this modern Adobe B&B. I had the pleasure of being the second guest after the inn’s extensive, well-designed renovations. Martin, the inn’s manager was accommodating and friendly from our first conversation on the phone to his email follow up after my stay. I toured all the rooms and each is beautiful and unique. As an architect, I appreciated that the property was not nostalgic, but airy, modern, elegant and well appointed without austerity. The bed was comfortable, sitting poolside in albuquerque’s fall sun delightful, the robes were plush, and Nancy’s breakfast of veggie omelette, fresh fruit, toast, and strong coffee superb. Best of all, these are lovely people who really care about their guests. This is my new must-stay property in ABQ.

Great first experience staying at a B&B. I hope all my stays at B&B’s are as good! The rooms each had their own charm, I loved the private patio of my room, and breakfast was delicious each and every morning. If you rent a car, downtown ABQ is just about 10 minutes away, and Old Town museums are just a 5 minute drive down Rio Grande. There is also a great winery two miles away. It’s also close to I-40 and I-25. I also enjoyed the pool and free snacks that were available at any time. I had a great experience, and if you’re considering Sarabande, book by August 2014! The current owners are selling the place and the B&B will be closed for a few months for renovations. Highly recommended if you want a relaxing stay in New Mexico.

Extremely plesant staff. Great breakfast of honey chili bacon and homemade granola, fresh squeezed oj and more. Each room has a private entrance to the outside. Rooms are clean and cute. A great find and deal at 109/night. We jogged in the morning on nearby trails leading to the rio grande.
