I wouldn’t even recommend this sonic to anyone I know. This is the 2nd time I’m not satisfied. The cheese wasn’t even melted on any of the 3 burgers I ordered, both fries I ordered weren’t even warm, they were all soggy and you could tell they’ve been sitting around for a minute. I would not want to go back.

Not a big fan of fast food, but sonic at least offers green chili with their burgers, has some sort of random happy hour and the prices aren’t bad.

Sonic is like an old time drive in. Employees zipping here and there on skates.(please watch for skating employees they seem to come out of nowhere) Yummy shakes and way too many soda flavors to list. Tasty burger and fries(or tots) also hot dogs, corn dogs, chicken sandwiches and so many ways to get suger into you. If it’s a nice day and you don’t mind eating in your car drive up and give it a try, you may just be surprised.

Try the cheesy dog!!! This was my 1st time ever eating here. We tried the following food ~ Cheesy dog — AWESOME ~ Foot long chili dog — HUGE, not my cup of tea ~ Chicken nuggets — I didnt care for them. ~ fries — pretty tasty ~ Tater tots — Pleasant surprise and delicious ~ Large vanilla shake — nice and thick ~ small chocolate shake — perfect chocolate ~ Large Peanutbutter cup blizzard — over kill on peanutbutter

Service was great and I received my food in a reasonable amount of time. The food was a bit disappointing. I ordered the number 4 combo– green chile cheese burger, fries and a drink. The burger had no flavor– no salt, nada… tasted almost as if it had been boiled– the veggies were stale and wilted– not heat from the burger wilted, but rusty stale wilted. The green chile offered nothing to the burger– unless you want to consider the soggy mess it made of my bun. Not a bit of warm to the chile, again flavorless… how do you do that to chile? The fries were stale, they tasted like reheats. They were warm on the outside, and cold in the middle. The best part of the meal was the Cherry Slush. This thoroughly quenced my thirst and washed the remnants of the nasty food away. Why did I eat it? I was starving– that shaking why did I wait so long starving. Never again– They got a two for the service– those folks are cool, if it werent for them, this would be a half star or less.

Ahh Sonic. There are many things I could say about Sonic, some good… some not so good. If it weren’t for the Cranberry Limeaide I don’t think I would go there as much as I do. Quick lesson kids, addiction in any form is a bad thing and can possibly lead to bad judgments. As in my case I’ve have been addicted to Cranberry Limeaide ever since I tried my first one years ago. The sad thing is, it seems every Sonic I’ve gone to seems to make it different and add their own little something to it. Which makes the consistency bad and you never know what your going to get unless you frequent the same Sonic. I would stay away from the Sonic on Coor’s and Central. I got a Cranberry Limeaide from there and once I finished it I got an interesting sensation in my stomach seconds later I was in the bathroom. You can use your own imagination, so I’ll spare you the details. As for the food, the burgers for me are just«meh». If a fast food burger was what I was after I would rather go to Burger King or Wendy’s. Plus the last time I actually there I could tell the person that brought us our food hated there job and once we told him that we were charged for an extra drink we didn’t order, he really regressed and vanished. My wife tried to explain the situation to the manager over there little intercom system but he didn’t want to hear it either and just kept saying there was nothing he could do and that was that, very frustrating. Then he had the nerve to ask if we wanted the drink they«accidentally» charged us for. Ahh YA. Hell, I accidentally paid for so I will accidentally drink it. Sonic should not be allowed to serve breakfast, period! My wife and I were felt like taking a risk so we tried the breakfast at Sonic. I got the Bacon toaster sandwich and she got a breakfast burrito. Ya… The bacon was burnt to a crisp– I don’t think you could even call it bacon anymore and the toaster was toasted a lot longer than it should have been. The bacon in my wife’s burrito suffered the same fate as mine. If you’ve had burnt bacon you KNOW what I’m talking about, if not it isn’t pleasant. I’m giving two stars only because I love the cranberry Limeaide and while they may vary depending on which Sonic location you go to I still love them, otherwise they would get 1 star from me.
