Starbucks

Oh Starbucks. It’s not often that you pass a corner without one there or popping up there. Like geez they are taking over Albuquerque! Anyways I live a hop and a skip away from this location so it’s obviously my favorite! I always tend to go through the drive thru because I feel it’s faster. Devon the drive thru help is fantastic! Always full of upbeat energy which is really nice when you feel tired and groggy! I’ve only been inside a handful of times and well it’s like all the other Starbucks. I know shocker. Haha clean and tidy! I always look forward to their seasonal drinks, with pumpkin latte being my favorite. I’ve been steering away recently due to id rather support local companies such as rebel doughnut right down the street. I do have one complaint and I some would say it’s minor but for some reason each time id go I’d always order coconut milk and well a handful of times they gave me regular whole milk. Being a vegan and all it’s quite annoying. If I lived any farther I’d be pretty mad but since I like a skip away it was never a huge deal but it was definitely a In convince
One too many times.

I love Starbucks and find the staff to be friendly and helpful. I have not tried to order on my phone and pick up yet. I want to try it and see how well it works.

This is my neighborhood coffee spot and they are usually pretty quick :)
Today I got a free drink because she made the wrong one… yippee for me! They are always very nice.

Shout out to the barista named Devin! My order was messed up and he upgraded me from a tall to a grande for no charge and then gave me the messed up one to give to a friend and apologized very genuinely! I was even more impressed since they were incredibly busy, but they took awhile to take my order so they only get 4 stars.

SLOWEST. STARBUCKS. EVER. 10 minutes for an unsweetened green tea. Everybody seemed to be in training with no management in sight. Orders were wrong. People were getting upset. Bad environment.

The first guy was super nice but the guy who made my drink did it wrong and blamed me for not telling the guy who took my order. I told him I did and he copped an attitude and was rude.
I can’t understand why the guy would be rude. Someone needs to take a customer service class to improve is service to customers.
I don’t normally fill out surveys but he was horrible and I will make sure that my family never visits that location.

Drinks are good and the cashier was nice, but the good stops there.
We think the cashier is new, because he got my drink wrong and couldn’t find the drink my husband ordered.
It was obvious one of the employees was frustrated with the cashier. He was verbally and physically expressing his annoyance. After making my drink incorrectly and waiting five extra minutes for a black tea, he slammed it on the counter and walked away.
We felt very unwelcome and are not excited to return.

Not my regular Starbcks, but a good option in this part of town. I’ve only done the drive through, and overall it’s decent. Staff could be friendlier here, but my order has always been right, which i appreciate.

I don’t go out for coffee very much because I make my own at home and work so when I do and pay up for coffee on the run I expect it to be good and fast. Not so much at this location. Mcdonalds across the street had better, cheaper, and faster service.

The SLOWEST, most unprofessional staff at any Starbucks I have visited in the world. I will never stop at this drive thru again. 25 min wait??? Crazy. Where is the manager. It stinks because once you are in the line — you are stuck!
