I like Subway, but this is probably the worst Subway location I’ve ever been to. I understand they may not pay attention to a customer when they are busy, but it was a Friday night when there were no other customer. Yet, the staff ignored all my requests, like baking the sandwich and no chili. When I asked them to microwave the chocolate milk that I bought from them for my three year old, they told me I have to pay for a cup to use the microwave. Seriously?

I understand the $ 5 footlong is a deal and all, but seriously — this one was tiny. Just a big dry loaf of bread.

OK… so I’m reviewing a Subway… but hey they haven’t had a review so far. This one is pretty typical although it does seem to be a busy lunch place. I did hear some folks in line that were regulars that were even craving their sandwiches.
Overall I enjoy Subway for what it is easy. A usually quick place to grab a small sandwich that can be made healthy if you choose. This place meets that.
Unfortunately the day I was there was a bit crazy and they seemed a bit understaffed but line wasn’t nearly as long or slow as the one on Menaul, which I will not return to during lunch.
One thing I miss is having feta cheese at the Subway. Many stores are franchised so they control some of the items they have and I lived near a subway for years that had feta. If anyone knows of one in the ABQ area I would appreciate the shout out!
