This is a review for this specific store. Not T mobile. This is a 3rd party store. Not an actual T Mobile corporate store. Big mistake going here if you have lots of questions and want accurate answers. So far the running total for amount of incorrect answers given to our questions is 5. Today I found out that I already had a bill due 5 days after starting service. The employees of this store told us our first bill wouldn’t even cut off till 21 days after we started service and be due next month. I called the actual T mobile customer care and she said they don’t even bill like that anymore. She also said, «Never go to a third party store».

Me: «I’m hoping you have an option where I don’t have to sign a contract-« Manager, overhearing: «We don’t do contracts!» Service provider, glancing over his shoulder to the manager: «Hey, please don’t interrupt us.» Manager, looking back at us: «Sorry, sorry. We don’t do contracts. T-Mobile doesn’t do contracts.» This four-star review reflects the customer service at this outlet, not the actual service of T-Mobile. I was on an errand for a relative, getting him a new phone. Aside from that outburst, which obviously arose from an impassioned employee of this conglomerate, I really liked the service I received here. So hey, they don’t do contracts, that’s a plus, right? I quit T-Mobile years ago because the service sucked royale. And when I told this to the guy who was working with me, he confided that he experienced the same problem, and needed to add a hot spot to his home for solid reception. And then he sold me(er, my relative) a phone. And the phone is working swell. And so if you are a T-Mobile customer(I’m not), go to this outlet, you’ll like the customer service. And really, the manager is just passionate about her company. They don’t do contracts.

Terrible customer service. Filed claim for replacement phone and was promised that phone will be at the store within one day or two. Didn’t receive tracking info so called the next day. Turns out that my hasn’t shipped yet as the store agent didn’t enter the phone’s serial number correctly. Called store again to pick up old phone and at first they didn’t want to let me in. They closed early due to cleaning, but the sign says 9pm. Worst customer service ever.
