First off this is for a Taco bell/KFC Service is never great. Food is sloppy and it seems I am almost always missing something from my order. Serving size is never consistent, one mashed potatoes will be full the other will barely be a full tablespoon, tacos barely have anything in them and have more grease then meat rendering them a soggy mess, forget crunchy taco. Customer service skills are lacking storewide. A lot of the time the issue is they do not understand what I am saying and some speak Spanish only which becomes a problem when there is an issue with the order. I have even had them keep my debit card after paying and I told them I did not get it back and they kept arguing with me about it. Sure enough later that night after calling my bank to let them know it was missing, someone tried to put gas with it. I will give examples of my most recent two visits! 1. I was requesting the popcorn chicken $ 5 fill up. It was late but not close to closing time by any means. I was told they did not have any. I ordered something else they said we are out. I then asked well do you have tacos??? They then replied well we can make the popcorn chicken but you will have to wait. Umm ok? YES that is what we came for. To top it off the chicken was soggy and not very good, and we were missing the cookie and biscuit from the meal. I should have checked since we know better but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since we were the only customer… FAIL 2. Once again ordered 3 $ 5 fill ups and tacos. Sometimes they are out of the boxes that usually hold the whole meal which is not a big deal but makes it hard to check all the bags to ensure everything is there. Of course it was not :/I had to get down as per usual and go request the missing cookies and biscuits. It took forever to get service once I told the woman at the register I missing items from my order. She could barely understand then rang me up and kept requesting the total for the items. She got the manager and someone from the back, both of whom did not understand either. To make the problem worse they insisted I was not missing the items. I asked what comes with the $ 5 fill up boxes then because maybe I am confused? Of course only the look of confusion… Finally I received the rest of my order and on the way out I was passed by the person who was behind me in the drive through so obviously there is a bigger problem here.

Not to far from Taylor Ranch and this is the best Taco Bell in Ventana Ranch and it is so good here.

I will never get food from this particular establishment ever again! I went through the drive thru, and very clearly stated my order. I had to repeat it several times because they kept saying it back completely wrong. I just took that as the ordering machine being faulty as I worked at a fast food establishment when I was 16 and know that it can be difficult to hear sometimes. The man finally repeated my order back to me correctly and asked me to pull forward to the window. I drove up to the window, and he immediately reached out for my payment. I asked how much it was because he had not stated that back before I came to the window. He said it would be $ 12.37 and it felt funny, but he had already grabbed my card and swiped. I asked again if he was sure that was right because I had ordered 1 steak quesarito($ 3.39), 1 beef grilled stuffed nacho($ 1.59), 1 chipotle chicken loaded griller($ 1.59) and a side order of cheesy fiesta potatoes with added bacon($ 1.79) which should’ve came out to $ 8.39 plus tax which should not have been more than $ 10. He threw the card back at me and shoved a bag into my hands and closed the window. I looked in it, and saw a huge taco shell that had a salad in it(did not order that) plus other things I did not order, and was missing things I did order. He noticed I was still there and opened the window and rudely asked what I needed and why I was still there. I explained I was overcharged and didn’t have the correct items I ordered. He continued to be rude and he and a female employee made it seem out of line that I asked to be refunded for the items I did not order, and asked for the correct ones. He ended up throwing another bag at me and a receipt with a refund and slammed the window and walked away. I am appalled! I still never got my correct order.

Food is good and the service is fast. Restaurant is clean. The Doritos taco is nothing to write home about.

The food was good… once I got it. I went through the drive through, but I was told when I got to the window it would be 3 – 4 minutes before my food was ready. They asked me to pull ahead and they would bring it out. I waited 10 minutes before I got out of my car and went in to ask them if they truly had forgotten me. They did, so I got free cinnamon twists with my order. The girl at the drive through gave me a really snotty look like she’d never seen me before and I was just there to lie about her. I will not be returning. It’s one thing to make a mistake, its another to not be apologetic.
