Taco Bell

Only giving it 1 star because I can’t give it a 0. I hate the hours at this location!!! I don’t know why they have hours posted when they don’t adhere to them. I’ve gone at night 30 mins before the posted closing hours, and they’re already shutdown. They told me they had already cleaned all the equipment and were done for the night. 30 MINS before the posted closing time. That’s horrible.
One morning I went at 825. NO ONE answered at the drive up. The monitor that shows your order was covered by a bag! I thought, ok maybe for whatever reason they covered it because of the rain and the sensor wasn’t working. I don’t know why you’d make equipment that can’t handle the weather, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. NOPE. the window was opened about 5 inches but there wasn’t anyone inside! I waited, I further persisted to find the # on my cell phone. THERE WAS NO ANSWER! I called several times. Finally someone walked up to the coke machine inside. He was working the window because I had to yell at him to get his attention and ask if anyone was working yet??? I told him I’d been there already waiting for someone for five mins. He didn’t have any empathy. No apology. He finally asked me what I wanted to order. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service! I told him what I wanted, but by then I was already late for work! Instead of ordering, I should have been leaving with my food. WTH is up with this location! From the Google Reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one with problems at this store trying to get served. I’m an internet manager for a car dealership so I know how important those reviews are. I’ll make sure I add my experience in there. I hope someone responds to me. I’ll make sure I stick to the Taco Bell on Wyoming and Academy. Never any problems!

Seriously? Taco Bell and you live in New Mexico and like Taco Bell? That right off says something isn’t correct here! For starters, go to the Taco Cabana on San Mateo if you want decent fast food tacos, otherwise, look outside of the box! Albuquerque has tons of decent Mexican food establishments with tacos that are authentic!

Fast food, not really a clear identity, no salsa no real tortillas, who knows what they were thinking but for some reason it works.

For a fast food joint, this place & employees were on point.
