They should call it the 5 and Dime Shipping Service, because here, one is nickled and dimed to death. I try to support locally owned franchises/businesses as much as possible, but I’ll never return to this UPS. The employees and manager hate their job and it comes through in their attitude. As many times as I’ve been in, one guy has shown a modicum of pleasantness. That’s it. I’ll be heading to a different UPS from now on.

Where do my reviews end up? I reviewed here as I was being assisted by the owner. Nice little workstations. You could tell a staff person was in training. Fast and good service in a smaller, neighborhood location without the fuss of the bigger stores.

Pretty standard UPS store — mail boxes, packing supplies, copiers, etc. But the bad thing about this place is the staff. Wow. We just wanted to mail a box. But wait! That box has on old FedEx sticker on it (what box does;t have some kind of sticker on it?), so they can’t take it. Just peel the sticker off, I say. No, not allowed to do that. No, you have to buy one of UPS’s boxes and repack it. That’ll be $ 10, and another $ 10 in extra shipping because it has to be a slightly bigger box. Seriously? Okay, we’ll do that. However, the clerk screwed up and gave us the wrong box, which we had just repacked into. I suggested they just comp the difference since they screwed up. Nope. Here is the right box, go back and re-re-pack. Seriously, wow.
If you have to ship UPS, then go to another store, any other store, besides this one.
