Clean place and in a location that is a few minutes from the highway. Staff was friendly. Stopped by to grab a couple of shirts while passing through. It was the typical $ 90 for a his/hers shirt.

Constantly falling through the cracks with service on my machine. Usually takes days to get back from an oil change! Kid came with a trailer to get my bike almost 2 hours after the scheduled time for service after I called wondering where he was. Then he tried to get me to believe they don’t have a receipt or form to sign because he forgot it. If it weren’t for prepaid service I’d already have cut ties. Too bad I can’t just cash out

I agree with the guy. Yes this place is only good for buying cloths… sales associate have so much attitude can imagine. The only worth people in this store was service people. VERYVERYBADCUSTOMERSERVICE. …

What a great staff! I was visiting in town and stopped in just to buy the obligatory T-shirt. Jessica and Eileen helped me find just the right shirt and even dug through the back room inventory to find the right size! Then, they made recommendations on places to eat that were off the beaten path. I had a great time in Albuquerque and enjoyed some great food and met some new friends. Nice to visit a dealer that employs such people-friendly staff. Thanks Thunderbird!

Only thing this place is good for is to buy a shirt. Stay away from the service dept, as they don’t back their work. Go to Larry’s Cycle or up to Santa Fe Harley.

only place open on Sunday which was great as battery was dead… got new battery, oil, filter and plugs … would have given more stars but was given wrong filter… wanted black… LOL(fits in with the«chrome don’t get ya home» mantra) they also don’t service shovelheads…

Truly enjoyed meeting the sales staff. They had a very wide range of Harleys on display for me to ogle and sit on. Test rides are always possible, and they have a great selection of demos. And of course, free soda and popcorn! The service area looked as clean as an operating room. That always says good things about the service techs. Thunderbird takes very good care of their customers, and organizes numerous rides and charity events throughout the year for them. Riding up on your Harley makes you part of their family. A great shop and a great visit!
