Always tasty. Busy at lunch during the week but laid back on Saturday. Good fast service

The food here is wonderful, and the phở is perfect for chilly days. It’s super cheap, especially for how great the food is. The service is very fast, but curt and can come off as impatient. This place is often very busy, and you could be waiting a while at lunch or dinner rushes for a table, it’s worth the wait though.

This place has the best phở and best prices in town. They make a mean avocado shake too. I order take out from here regularly and it’s always 100% on point.

Worst service, rude staff. Food is good but not worth the attitude of the employees. Been here multiple times and I can’t get over the nasty behavior. Usually, we go during slow hours. I get there 10 minutes before the rest off my party and I will not even be offered a drink. I’m told from across the restaurant to sit over there by pointing a finger. I’m not offered drinks, I see staff chatting for 10 – 15 min since it’s slow time. Meanwhile, I would like to order drinks and appetizers. I have to ask for water. It goes on and on. My guests arrive, after waiting we have to ask to order, ask for this and that. I’m so done begging to eat at this establishment.

Was passing by and this place looked good. Popped in. It was busy and rockin’ inside. Awesome. I was seated quickly. Service was fast and pleasant. Food was delicious. Prices where cheap and reasonable. Will go again and so should you! I would eat here all the time if it was in LA!

Some of the best food I’ve had since moving here. Our Vietnamese friend at Bahn Mi Coda said he didn’t like this place. I can’t for the life of me understand why. First of all, it’s cheap. Our total bill for an enormous amount of food(so much that I couldn’t finish) was just over 16 $ for two people. It’s crowed on a Monday lunch lunch hour which is a good sign too. We waited 5 minutes for a seat. The menu is huge so we ordered simply to get a feel for quality. We had one of the com tam(BBQ pork) dishes and a phở bo(rare beef and beef ball rice noodle soup). Both were as good or better than nearly all experiences I had in Vietnam. The only thing that isn’t authentic are the proportions and who’s going to complain about that?!? This restaurant is a rock star!

I am digging the vietnamese food at viet taste! They always have great/friendly service and it reminds me of all the vietnamese food I used to eat back in Houston, TX. I have tried many of their dishes such as the Bun(rice noodle), Com Tam(rice dishes) and Wonton noodle soup(my boyfriend can’t get enough of this dish!!) and they are pretty good. Some things that I wouldn’t order here however are the spring rolls and the phở. For some reason, the spring rolls don’t seem as fresh as other places and the phở is a really big bowl but the flavors are too mashed together and not distinct. Anyway, I would recommend checking out this place for some good ol’ vietnamese food and good service.

I’m disappointed. I finally made it for a late dinner after stopping by two previous times when the place was so packed and I didn’t have time to wait for a table. I thought it just HAD to be fabulous. But it’s not. Here are my issues: 1) The salad/summer rolls(which I think are called Spring Rolls on the menu) were bland and old. There was no fresh mint or basil or anything inside, and the outside wrapper was stiff from having sat around the fridge too long. The peanut dipping sauce was also too runny and bland. 2) The pork and egg roll noodle bowl was reasonably good. The pork was actually really good, perfectly cooked. But the noodles were overcooked and too warm(I think they should be room-temperature), and the sprouts were old, with ends getting brown. My favorite thing about this type of bowl in general is the blend of different food textures and temperatures, and this noodle bowl was just too homogeneous. 3) It was more than a half-hour before closing, and they starting mopping half of the restaurant with a very strong-smelling disinfectant. Gross. The only reason I’m going with 3 stars here is that the people were nice, and I feel bad about going any lower.

I see a lot of mixed reviews on here but my take out was just fine. I got my gf beef phở and it was enough for both of us(I had hers for breakfast). I got the shrimp and pork bun which was good but a lil skimpy on the shrimpy. As Larry David says, they always skimp on the shrimp(not referring to this establishment). The pork was delicious and considering the shrimp phenomenon I’m going to order the bun with pork and chopped egg rolls next time. My roomies order from here all the time and are usually pleased. Definitely a top spot in town and I’ll be back.

Went here for phở which wasn’t bad, but wasn’t super great. What really knocks the stars off was the customer service. Our waitress took our order, took a hefty amount of time to get our drinks out, and then once our food came out, we couldn’t get her to even look at us. We finally got ahold of another server, who told us we don’t get refills, and then finally we got to pay and leave after having to ask another server to split our check. Terrible service, food was not worth it.

I came here after work for a bowl of phở & some spring rolls but I was quite disappointed; to start off, the phở(specifically the phở tai) wasn’t really flavorful therefore it was quite bland no matter how much hoisin sauce/sriracha I put into it; the spring rolls are a little small from expected & the quality wasn’t as great as you’d get from other Viet restaurants in town. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for some quality Viet food.

I had #101 on the menu and it was plenty of food and very good. The other dish was #76, a beef and shrimp dish. Very tasty! Hot tea was great. Would recommend this place! Very speedy service.

I wasn’t impressed with the food. Their phở didn’t have much flavor, and their fried rice was worse. My husband had to sprinkle with extra soy & sirachi. My grilled beef jasmine rice entrée was half fat, half cartilage. So chewy, and just gross. They could at least trim all that! The amount of pickled veggies on my plate was just ridiculous. 2 strips of daikon radish… really? Might as well not put any. On the plus side, their fried egg rolls were tasty, and the meat in the phở was lean & thinly sliced. And the beef on the fried rice was lean, tender & perfect. Food came fast. And the servers were nice, although they supposedly gave us a military discount that we didn’t even see.

This place is popular! We waited about 25 minutes to get a table for 2. The atmosphere is great, and the décor is simple, cute, and clean. I ordered the spring rolls which were good, just a good ol’ spring roll! My phở was a different story… I ordered the«well done beef phở» but since the server was in a rush I got a «rare beef phở with shrimp. She never came back so I just ate it… I was not impressed. Very oily phở and warm at best. Again, this might be due to the over crowding. Who knows. I’ll be back to give it another shot.

My boyfriend and I go to this place all the time! The phở is amazing and the prices are really reasonable. I usually get the rare beef phở and the egg rolls are very tasty as well. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is super fast. This will always be a favorite spot for us.

We are definitely regulars here. Whenever we get a hankering for Vietnamese, this is our go-to spot. The service is always fast and friendly. Steaming bowls of Phở and noodle bowls with crisp-tender veggies and perfectly seasoned meats are always our choices. We usually get the grilled meatballs for an appetizer, which are more like delicious little grilled slices of pork with an amazing slightly sweet dipping sauce served over a sweet-tart slaw. Spring rolls are okay. We’ve ordered them twice and haven’t ordered them again. This trip was a Phở, a beef and egg roll noodle bowl, grilled meatballs and rice and beef – yes we come here very hungry. Yes, we always leave here full and happy. And yes, we always come back for more!

I typically order the #60 Spicy Lemongrass Noodle Bowl and love it every time. Today I ordered the #17 Well Done Steak Phở. The broth was delicious but the meat was less than desirable. It was thick and full of fat. I couldn’t even eat the meat because it grossed me out. I recommend you get better quality meat for your Phở so this doesn’t happen to another customer.

I like to think of myself as a phở connoisseur. And this place is fan-fucking-tastic. I haven’t had much outside of phở here, but what I can tell you is that everything I see come out of the kitchen looks phenomenal. If you like phở, then you’ll like it here, no questions, no concerns, and no disappointment, just pure phở bliss!

How have I not written a review about this place yet?! I know. Its because places like these, gems, deserve the utmost attention ever. This is literally the best Vietnamese place in Albuquerque hands down. Where do I even begin… Ok so one downside is this place only has probably 12 tables, aka its small, so during peak times I hope you’re wearing comfy shoes because you gunna wait! But after that, its game on like Donkey Kong! I really like how they use paper on the tables and replace them after each service. Makes the tables look real clean. The menus are clean, easy to read, and *gasp* numbered. Thank God because I don’t even want to try and pronounce anything on that menu. Now on the the best part. The food. My natural go to is the tofu spring rolls and any of the noodle bowls. Some people really like the phở, but I really have to be in the mood for phở and it has to be really cold out. The spring rolls are kind of a meal in itself, so good. They’re packed with tofu, noodles, lettuce and bean sprouts and served with a thick peanut-hoisin sauce on the side. Now my favorite main dish on any given day ending in ‘y’ is the pork and egg roll noodle bowl. The pork(or any of the meats) is marinated and grilled just perfectly to an outer crispy state and the chopped up egg roll is packed with flavor that makes it obvious it is homemade. And if it’s not, they’ve fooled me. The bowl itself is huuuge and contains noodles on top of lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and bean sprouts aka vegi heaven! This is how I convince myself that stuffing my face to completion with this dish is 100% OK. So look, for reals, you must check out this place. I’ve been here so many times now I just call it «noodles» amongst close friends. «Hey, let’s go get noodles». And they know. Go support this place. It’s small, but way, way mighty.
