Wendy’s

Dude! I’m so stoked. I drove all the way back to my office after picking up small chili and a apple pecan salad from the drive through and my fries were piping hot and salted perfectly! No salty cold duds here! My chili had slightly undercooked beans and i took one star for it. Fries rule when they are fresh and not over salted.
Good job guys. You made my day, Wendy. :)

Food was warm and we didn’t have to wait for too long for food to arrive.
The only thing is that, t the employees behind the counter and at the kitchen were too loud. They were laughing really loud We can practically hear most of their conversation and we were sitted quite a distance from the counter. They were talking about clubbing and about how they were old enough to go to the club and stuff.
Meanwhile, one employee (this young, black male) seemed to be the only one working. He was busy cleaning up the condiments station while his coworkers where cbatting away…

In the last two months I have been to this location and used a coupon I received in the mail. Both times the counter work had no clue what to do with the coupon. It was a Wendy’s coupon so would seem like it would be a no brainer.

Well it’s a Wendy’s but that’s were it stops. The food was slightly below average compared to most in town. The cause of the poor rating is due to the location. The junction of Lomas and Central is not the best area. The parking lot and restaurant was full of transients. Lots of homeless and other people roaming about. If you want some food and your in the area just stop at one of the better places in the area.

Want to know why I stopped? It tore at my heart. It’s the shape of a pueblo. It’s so cute, I took a picture of it. plus, I really had an odd craving for Wendy’s or McDonalds… just a really strange craving.
French fries were way too salty. I don’t have high blood pressure, but those fries, repeatedly will do it to a person.
They gave me my cheeseburger plain, without cheese. WHAT is a CHEESEBURGER plain? Not a HAMBURGER. they prompty added cheese to it.
I promptly ate it, and the too salty fries.
I also ordered a wildberry lemonade. Quite possibly the best part of the meal. Really really good.
So, I finally ate at the Wendy’s that looks like a pueblo. Probably won’t again, but am still trying to figure out where at Mcdonald’s is. …hey…it’s just junk food, and sometimes it’s kind of good. Oh and, it’s in Old Town, but it’s not close enough to park and walk there. I’d save your $ 3 and spend it to park. But don’t forget to get a wildberry lemonade, and a picture of the cute little Wendy’s.

A convenient location close to Albuquerque’s Historic Old Town.
Just a mile west of downtown ABQ. Just east of Rio Grande Blvd on historic route 66 (Central Ave).
Pretty clean, pretty friendly. Get your salty, greasy fast food here.
The Frosty’s are highly recommended.
