WOW, I can’t believe the negative reviews. Are we talking about the same place??? What Goes Around has been my ‘go to’ place over the years because it is such a fun, classy place to shop. Jasmine and company have been a joy to deal with. I have sold a bunch and been happy with the account I have and have bought bunches because of the quality and attention to detail. It is a classy place. I hope my POSITIVE review will cancel out the negative. Press on Jasmine, you are doing a great job and I am happy to say so. You can’t please everyone and the ones you do please are glad you are in ABQ. Rosi

Well organized. Good selection. Everyday prices are pretty good, and the sales are even better! Easy to consign, and you can apply your consignment proceeds to buying items in the store. I splurge every now and then and buy at WGA, to get better quality items than at thrift stores, plus I save a ton over shopping retail.

If you know of anyplace else — go there. Craigslist it. Donate it. Something. I’ve driven my Grandmother here a number of times over the years. I try to get her to go elsewhere, but the location is next to a great tailor and she likes so many other shops w/a mile or two of here. Plus my Grandmother can’t hear well, so I get to do the face to face. Selection isn’t great but then the place is tiny. Consistently rude service is the policy. I seriously get the feeling that if I were not keeping close track of the paperwork, they would be trying to pull some crap over on my Grandma. I honestly believe this business would screw your Grandma too. It’s just a feeling, mind you, but that’s from years of doing business here. Facts? It’s a small shop, They can be hard to reach via phone. You get a tiny fraction of what you may sell on consignment. They make a ton, you get a scrap. They made me feel weird enough to write this review. If you know of anyplace else — go there. I just won’t recommend it. Laurie M. either, apparently.

I won’t be going back to purchase or consign. I had an awful experience there today with one of the sales clerk and I had to walk out with my bag of items. The money you get is just above what a yard sale price would be but I rather«haggle» with a yard sale buyer than«haggle» with a rude salesclerk that needs customer service and communication skills training. Remember at the end of the day-it’s a thrift store people. I guess I should not expect Saks Fifth Avenue customer service here while buying or consigning my brand name items so I will just move on. Anyone want to buy a Gucci bag?

This is my favorite womens consignment store in town. It has a wide variety of clothing, shoes, jewelery, hats, coats etc. in spite of being pretty small. It’s always clean and there is almost always an open dressing room. The prices are reasonable and the owner is nice. I sold some clothes here once – wasn’t wild about the prices I got, but it was better than at garage sales, so I was happy.
