Awful customer service. The receptionist is so rude and they always take 3 – 4 times coming out to fix the actual problem.

I called D&D on the eve of the hottest day of the year to fix my air conditioning. They were able to come out the next day, when another company could not schedule until the following week (after the heat wave). The repairman was prompt and thorough… Not the most professional looking but a tee shirt is fine on a sweltering day! And most importantly my air conditioning now works.
