If possible would give zero stars. I brought my 4 year old mower in for a tune up in May 2014. It ran«ok» for about 5 weeks and then would start but die. I suspected a fuel line issue and took it back, explaining the situation. A week later I got a snarky call saying that I had to put gas in it. I politely said I knew that and re — explained what i thought was happening. Another 5 days go by and I get a call that it is ready. Upon picking up the mower I ask to see how it runs, not wanting to make a trip back. The owner balked at my request but did relent. Mower started but sputtered and died. I then insisted it be looked at again while I waited. They worked on it for about 45 minutes and seemed to fix the problem. No apology was offered and owner was very condescending. Took mower home, started it up and after one row slowly died. Restart, same issue. Not sure what«service» Vic’s provides to other customers but I received none. Mower going to another shop on Saturday.
