I have been to the Asian Buffet and Grill twice and both times were horrible. We found a hair in the spinach and they would not bring out a fresh pan. Most if the food was not hot enough and some was dried out. The shrimp was squishy, not firm as it should be when freshly cooked. When paying at the front counter, the card reader faces the customer and I inserted my chip-enabled debit card. The display said enter PIN, but before I could do it, the cashier hit Cancel to run it as a credit. I tried to explain that if I ran it as a debit, they would not have to pay a percentage to the credit card company. The cashier didn’t want to hear about it. The second time I went, I had to go to the restroom while my partner waited at the front to be seated. When I came out, I didn’t see her there, so I assumed she had been seated and got my food from the buffet. I walked around looking for her and found her still at the front. She had been ignored by at least three wait staff, and when I complained to the cashier, she just said we should have told them we wanted to be seated. The food was mediocre at best again. When I went to pay, I again tried to enter my PIN and she again hit Cancel. I will never go there again!

For the life of me I can’t understand why this place is packed. I have given this particular place multiple attempts at improving my impression of them; and every time they fall far below standard. This particular experience was the most frustrating I have had, a thus this place will not see my business. Because I am vegetarian, I was waiting to ask the sushi chef to make a simple vegetarian roll(cream cheese with avocado). I stood there patiently waited for his attention for 10 – 15 minutes. Along comes another customer, who happened to be male, getting his fix of sushi rolls. And the sushi chef smiles, greets him, and asks for the honor of making him more sushi(and the customer didn’t even request anything). It blows my mind that someone could so blatantly ignore a deserving patron as myself. I can only guess it had to do with my race and my gender because I witnessed multiple females come to get sushi who were greeted with EYEROLLS and no wish of friendly intros. Believe it or not, this has happened every time I’ve been here. It takes a lot for me to even write a review on Unilocal,but today I feel it necessary to inform anyone who is curious. Judging by the constant flow of people into this place, I’m sure they won’t miss my business. But I refuse to support somewhere that hires employees that treat their customers in this way. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Have been here several times before today and it was decent. Today however, the buffet was really old. We went about 445pm. Rolls, chicken, and fried sushi were dried up with no flavor. My husband’s Dr. Pepper was even nasty. I expressed that we were not happy with our experience and was given a $ 7 discount. We won’t be back.

This Chinese buffet food is ok but the sushi and the sushi chef are terrible. I asked the server to ask the«chef» if he could make us a certian roll because I didn’t think he understood us. He came up to me when I was standing by the hot buffet and started verbally attacking me saying we should have asked him. I had to ask him to get out of my face. I then went to the manager to tell him I was verbally attacked and the nut job came up and started screaming I need to talk to him if I had something to say. We left, of course, and he came out the front door like he was going to follow us. I am still in shock that this crazy is allowed to make food for the public. We will NEVEREVER go here again.

Food was below average and sushi bar was horrible. Every single roll(5 total) had the same meat fill — imitation crab meat. I guess everyone around here prefers California rolls? Believe it or not, this place was packed but I’m not sure why. I won’t be back

I’m like the others when it comes to the average Asian buffet. Pretty much the same items. They sometimes have frog legs and other unique items but not frequent enough. We’ve ate here several times before and they are a little slow when it comes to refills. However this time was worth the review. While the food was average, the table we sat at was disgusting. Both seats were torn(worn out) and had been duct taped. Not with coordinating colors either, black tape on red seats. The table was broke so it wobbled the entire time. Both seats and table were covored in some sort of nasty, sticky mess. When I mentioned that our table was needing cleaned, the watress just said, «I’m sorry» and then walked off. By looking around it also appeared that other booths were in similar disrepair.

We love this place !! The peel it yourself shrimp is of the jumbo variety, and it’s kept iced nicely. The buffet includes all the usual items, the bourbon chicken is especially good, and the sweet/sour chicken actually has tender chicken inside, and is tasty !! They have a cheesy spinach casserole that is very good. The hot and sour soup could be improved upon, but most of the other usual Asian buffet items are slightly above average in quality. They offer a hibachi grill and you have the option to choose what the chef cooks for you… and there is sushi…[I eat only minimal sushi, so can’t really evaluate it] There is plenty to choose from, the price is great, and you never leave hungry. We have always found the wait staff to be extremely attentive and courteous, bringing extra napkins and drink refills without having to request them. As Asian buffets go, [and I’ve frequented a lot of them], this ranks up there with the best of them. Yummy dessert and fruit bar also !!

Its the same buffet like all the other average buffet. They have a habaichi grill, sushi bar and all the other norms on a buffet line. It was clean, neatly organized and new. The wait staff was friendly but lacking on promptness. I really was not impressed with the food for me not enough actual Chinese food on the buffet. I did not eat from the sushi bar or the habaichi grill so no comment on that. I would opt to go somewhere else
